Very quick in and out process. There was no messing around. Very straightforward. I’m pleased with my car, no complaints at all. For my first time using this dealership, I was impressed and would think about using them again.

I went with my daughter to get a car for her, and she is so happy with it. It’s a great little car. We can’t complain at all. It was a really nice experience for us. The guys were great, and there wasn’t anything more that could have been done. We’re really happy.

I was looking for a new car and was just browsing online when I came across a Mercedes A-Class that was being sold. I hadn’t had a Mercedes before, but I thought I’d go and view it anyway. When I got there, I knew I wanted it. It’s a lovely car, and I’m really happy with it. It’s such a nice drive. There were no hidden scratches or anything like that when I saw it in person. It looked exactly the same as it did in the images online. All the staff were friendly, and I would definitely recommend them.

My wife and I were looking for a smaller car, and she searched for small cars. Funnily enough, we landed on The Small Car Company. We saw a car we liked and went to view it. I dealt with two of the team there, and both were very efficient and polite. We came back for the car a couple of days later and have been pleased with it ever since. There were a few issues, but everything was sorted efficiently and quickly, so I really can't complain.

So far, so good. I’m happy with the car. The service was perfect, absolutely brilliant. I couldn’t have asked for anything to be different. I was in and out quickly. I did a part exchange with them, and it was handled efficiently. I felt I got a really fair price for my old car. I’m genuinely so pleased with The Small Car Company. They deserve the highest marks.

The dealership already has a good reputation. A friend of mine told me they are a good garage to go to, and I believe he was right. I love the car I got from here. There have been no issues with it at all. Everything was very professional, with no waiting around. Just all-round good service and great cars. I would recommend them if you are looking for a trustworthy dealership.

The dealership was really presentable, and the staff were accommodating. The car I got has been great — I use it every day and haven’t had any issues. Any questions I had were answered, and I found the staff more than happy to help with anything I needed. I did feel the car could have been cleaned a little better, but apart from that, everything was great and I’m pleased.

Brilliant service. I was in and out the same day with my vehicle. I came across the car online and went to view it. I was pleased with the condition of the car. Everything was as pictured and described. There was nothing hidden or anything that surprised me. They made sure everything was taken care of by helping me with all the paperwork. I bought a BMW 435D a few weeks ago and am very happy with the service provided, and the car. Andy delivered to the car to me in NW London which was greatly appreciated, and they changed the front discs and pads as were advisory on the MOT. There were two warnings on the dash when I received the car. The tyre pressures were low all round and needed around 10psi in each, and both remote keys needed replacement batteries. Both minor issues but I think should have been sorted before delivery.
