I would award a 4 for you i found it a bit overbearing and pushy the first time we came but a lot slower the second time when i mentioned it to ajay he was really helpful the after sale took over 3 hours for filter and oil change very frustrating hanging about waiting

4 the purchase went fine but unfortunately the car developed a fault which we are still in the process of getting repaired.

The sales service was fantastic, the staff were brilliant, and there were no faults there. Whilst the vehicle itself is fine, there is an intermittent light that keeps coming on. Found dealing with the aftersales team straightforward, I put in an enquiry on the website and was phoned back the next day and booked in.

Had a really good experience when buying from the trade centre, the staff were really helpful and it went smoothly, so no complaints.

4 as still need air conditioning to be fixed

Both my new car and the service was great , no complaints and the sales person went out of their way to find me the perfect car.

No complaints about the buying process except the length of time it took on the day, but apart from this it was good. All seems to be alright with the car since driving away.

First time buying from the trade centre and everything was fine, no problems to report and the paperwork went smoothly.

This was the 2nd car we bought from the Trade Centre, and every time we have been we have had good service. The staff were brilliant during the sales process, and when an EML came on after driving away, the after-sales team were great in arranging for it to be sorted. Now the vehicle is perfect.
