It's my wife who drives the car, no complaints from her at all. The customer service was good but we were waiting around for a while. I'd happily give them 5 stars.

80% good, 20% not so good. I had to provide too many forms of ID and no one could answer my questions regarding data security. I dealt with Billy who was really nice, there was no pressure to buy or anything like that. I'd give them 3.5 stars.

Nobody explained to me that I had to pay an extra £500 on top of my part ex price to buy the car and we had been there for hours which wasn't fantastic. The staff were ok but a cup of tea whilst we were waiting would have been nice because we were there for a while. I haven't done many miles in the car yet but I am enjoying it it has been fine. I'd give them 4.5 stars.

I had to send the car back about 2 days after because there was an issue with the gears - they took a week to sort it but it's fine now which is good. The sales staff were brilliant and really helpful so I'd give them 5 stars.

In the beginning the car was difficult to get used to due to the power but I'm loving it now. The one thing they could improve is perhaps give customers some print outs regarding the features of the car as not all of the cars have user manuals. The sales staff were really friendly and helpful too.

The car is really nice I'm loving it - it was good service and I'd definitely go back there in the future.

It was a really good experience. There's two chips in the windscreen though - I'm trying to get it booked in for The Trade Centre to have a look at it. The salesman had only been there a week but he was great - there was no pressure to buy and we went back to him on the same day to buy a second car! I'd give them 5 stars for sure.

The car had to go back in shortly after purchase because it had a slow puncture, and they put new brakes and a new tyre on it. We went there because we needed a car ASAP and they provided that.

It feels like the salesman was only interested in selling me a warranty and there was some extra charges on the invoice that wasn't explained to me properly. Apart from that, the experience was alright. I'd give them 3 stars.
