This was our first time buying from The Trade Centre and found the whole process quick and efficient, the staff were so helpful and we couldn't fault them. We've already recommended them to our friends, and if we need another vehicle in the future we would look to go back again. The vehicle is great as well, we love it.

At the time of sale, I was assured that the vehicle was both safe and roadworthy. However, I have since discovered that the windscreen washer system is not functioning. This is a critical safety feature and constitutes a MOT failure. As such, the vehicle is not roadworthy, and driving it in this condition poses a risk to both myself and other road users. Furthermore, had I been stopped by the police while operating the vehicle in this state, I understand it could have been deemed unsafe to drive and potentially seized. This situation is wholly unacceptable and falls far short of the standards I expected when purchasing a vehicle from a reputable dealer. I have made numerous attempts to contact your team to resolve this issue but have repeatedly been directed to voicemail without receiving a response. This lack of communication has caused me significant inconvenience, especially given the distance I live from your dealership, and has contributed to considerable stress and anxiety. I respectfully request that this issue be addressed as a matter of urgency. Please confirm how you intend to rectify this fault and whether you will be covering the cost of repair or offering a suitable alternative resolution. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 14 days, I will have no option but to escalate this matter further through the relevant consumer protection channels, including Trading Standards and the Motor Ombudsman. The monument we walked in was greeted very polite and helpful was left alone to look at cars and came to us when we needed help I would recommend and I will be back some time thank you very much for all the help and support we got from you guys

Really enjoying my new car from the trade centre, been driving it for my commute to work and so far all is good. Found the service also good and easy, I would give it a 5 out of 5.

The service during the sale was really good, I would rate it 5 out of 5. Noticed some issues with the brakes and paint, but hopefully this can be looked into when it comes back in for the alloys.

Really happy with our purchase from the trade centre. Everything is great with the vehicle, and the service was really good. Although it was a long wait on the day, we were able to drive away and everything is perfect.
