4, initially brought one car, broke less then 20 minutes after driving away, however issue was dealt with in a timely manner, and was dealt another car the same day to drive away with.

I’m getting on okay with my Nissan Juke. However, as I was driving it home from the Trade Centre, I noticed an issue. I took it back two days later, but they couldn’t book me in until the 5th of August, which I wasn’t happy about. That part of the experience really let me down. The car itself is great, and everything else was fine but the delay in took away from an otherwise positive experience.

Really happy with the car and the service I had on the day. Only slight problem was how long it took when I'd agreed to buy the car to actually pay for it and drive it away once the paperwork was done. Other than that - no issues at all with service etc

Absolutely love my Audi Q3 it’s perfect and I’ve had no issues at all. The whole experience has been good, with helpful and friendly support throughout. There was no pressure at any point. I wouldn’t change a thing.

I just need to find out some more information about how I claim on the warranty as I got a little issue but I'm happy with everything else. The customer service was fine but reason for not giving higher score is because I felt they were very pushy but I understand it's what they have to do for a sale.

The Trade Centre has always been good to me. Everyone is always good with me when I go there, and it's the reason I'm on my 3rd car from here. I went for the Nissan Qashqai and so far it's been going alright and I'm happy with it.

Everything with my Nissan Juke has been alright. I have raised an issue with TTC because I think my front brakes are juddering, but the car itself is driving okay. Everything else with my experience was good. The team was brilliant, really good to deal with and friendly throughout.

All seems to be okay with my experience so far. I have got to take my car back to get a bonnet catch sorted on the 1st of August but the team have been good at getting it in and sorted.
