The Nissan Juke that we bought has been fine, drives well, and the customer service was great. I would give it five stars.

The salesman I dealt with at the dealership was a legend. I cannot remember his name, but he was brilliant, very helpful, and it would definitely be a 5-star experience

So far, so good with the Fiat 500 Lounge. My only complaint is that it took a little longer than I had hoped, as we had to come back the following day to complete the paperwork.

My new Ford Kuga from the Trade Centre has been good, and the salesman was helpful during the process. The only thing that has stopped me from giving it 5 stars is that I am still waiting to be booked in for the car to be polished and to have some dents taken out of it. Based on this, I would give it 4 stars.

The customer service at the Trade Centre was good, and the Golf GTE I bought has not had any issues.

I have been enjoying the Ford Fiesta since I purchased the car in August. However, I have had an issue with the A/C. I contacted them shortly after buying it, although I am having to wait until October for an appointment. Based on this, I would give my experience a 3-star rating.

The Peugeot 3008 has been sound to be fair, it hasn’t missed a beat since getting it. The only downside was the wait, as the procedure took a bit longer than expected due to some system malfunctions. That said, everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional throughout. Just dropping a star for the waiting time, as more people on hand would of been helpful.

4, initially brought one car, broke less then 20 minutes after driving away, however issue was dealt with in a timely manner, and was dealt another car the same day to drive away with.

There was a lady im unsure of her name she was amazing and so was Jordan. Also the financial manger

I’m getting on okay with my Nissan Juke. However, as I was driving it home from the Trade Centre, I noticed an issue. I took it back two days later, but they couldn’t book me in until the 5th of August, which I wasn’t happy about. That part of the experience really let me down. The car itself is great, and everything else was fine but the delay in took away from an otherwise positive experience.
