There's loads of makes/models to choose from at Trade Centre Coventry and although I live just down the road, I'd not actually been in before. Really glad I chose to this time around as everything about their service was all good.

I drive past the Coventry site every day, so it was only a matter of time before I bought something. Touch wood my new Vauxhall Corsa’s brilliant and running great — I absolutely love it! Really happy with the service overall, and most definitely really happy with the car!!

Trade Centre Coventry have thousands of cars so you know you'll be able to find something you like! Their extended warranty payable monthly helps with peace of mind, and their customer service in my experience is good,

The Ford Mondeo we bought last month was a significant purchase for us for a couple of reasons — firstly, it’s a huge upgrade from our old car, and secondly, it gives my fiancée a lot more freedom now that she can drive it on her automatic licence. We were looked after by a guy called Sean who was brilliant — he explained all the features and functions clearly without being pushy in the slightest. He gave us the time and space to have a proper look around at our own pace, which we really appreciated!

I bought my Mini from Trade Centre Coventry, and have just upgraded it to a Nissan Juke. We returned because the service was great, and it was even better this time around. Thanks Guys!

A 5 star experience!

I was very happy with the service in the store, however, a month after purchasing the car one of the tyres became flat. It had a lose valve so when I went to fill the tyre with air the valve came out and the tyre went flat. This clearly was not checked when the car was sold to me. Also whilst the car came with the socket fitting to take off the tyre it did not come with a socket wrench, this meant I had to call out the AA to come and change my tyre rather than sort it myself. This all could have been prevented and money saved with a little more due diligence from the staff when the car was sold to me.

I couldn't find an area for improvement if I tried. They give you a nice balance of making sure you're aware they're about to help, but not breathing down your neck. It was a nice feeling compared to other dealerships.

Friendly and patient salesman, great service, smooth process. Not much more to say really! They were just fantastic.
