From the moment I bought my old Vauxhall Corsa, I knew it was the wrong decision. My husband's hated it from the day we had it, and we're both sick of the 1litre engine struggling to get up the mountain where we live. It was a very happy day when we upgraded to a VW Golf from Trade Centre Wales over in Abercynon. It's absolutely lovely and feels much better quality! Surprisingly our insurance has stayed exactly the same and it's great on fuel. It'll take me 6 months to figure out all the functions mind, but we both couldn't be happier. My mums bought a couple of cars from Trade Centre Wales in the past, so I thought I'd check them out. It was my first time buying a car on my own, so I felt a little nervous and apprehensive before I walked into the dealership if I'm honest. That feeling didn't last long though - The staff were all really lovely, gave me a warm welcome and made me feel comfortable pretty much straight away.

I must admit I've found it a bit strange adjusting to my Mazda 3 from a Fiat 500 X. Not because of the size of the car, but more the increase in power. I've not dealt with Trade Centre Wales before but they were great. I chopped and changed my mind a few times and there was never an issue, they just helped and supported me until I reached the decision that was right. I'm awarding all the staff 5 stars as they really deserve it.

I bought my first car from these guys, so when we were in need of another one, I decided to have a look. As soon as I saw the Hyundai, I knew it was the one for us! Since getting the car, I’ve been really happy with it, and we use it every day. The salesman was excellent – very helpful and polite. This experience has shown that if the right car is there for us, we’ll definitely buy from them again. I don’t usually give full marks for anything, so don’t let the 4 stars put you off – they didn’t do anything wrong!

Another great purchase from The Trade Centre Wales – a Volvo V40 that’s running like a charm! I was really impressed with the staff this time around. There was a slight issue with the original car I was looking to buy, so I had to choose a different one. The staff kindly stayed late to make sure I could drive away the same day, which was a really nice touch and made the whole experience even better, so i got to keep that new car excitement. I’ll definitely be back next year, hopefully to get something a bit faster – I haven’t decided exactly what yet, but I’m keeping my options open.

Buying used cars means you have to be prepared to deal with issues at times. My Vauxhall Astra didn't' seem to be running quite right so I called up the Trade Centre Wales in Abercynon and they booked me straight in to get the car looked at. To be fair I can't fault the lads down at the garage - They pointed out a few things which needed to be fixed so fair play to them as I'd never have known. I'm really glad they were so thorough and it gives me complete peace of mind that they'll go out of their way to help as/when needed.
