Bought a Nissan Qashqai from the trade centre and the buying process was really good. Had some issues come up post sale but this is booked in to be sorted.

I'd give the team at The Trade Centre Abercynon 5 out of 5. They were great, and I can't fault them. Their customer service is so good other members of my family have bought from them as well. So far the car is perfect for my everyday use.

Purchased an Audi A5 from The Trade Centre and so far there are no problems. No issues with how the sale process went either, it was fast and straightforward.

I decided to treat my wife to a new car for her 60th, and she absolutely loves her Fiat 500. The staff at Trade Centre Wales were really helpful and went above and beyond. The chaps at TCW were as good as gold - I can't knock them at all. The Crossland's driving well & when we reported an issue with the horn, aftersales had it booked in, fixed & returned within 48 hours. Can't get fairer than that.

This is the second car we've bought from Trade Centre Wales and based on our experience, we'd happily return for a third! Excellent!

We only popped into Trade Centre Wales for a browse but ended up leaving with a Ford Fiesta for my son’s first car. The service was great, but it all felt a bit rushed—they were keen for us to take it away that same day, which made things a bit stressful. That said, my son’s really happy with it and he's learning to drive in it as we speak.

We think our new Nissan Juke's absolutely wonderful! My husband’s really impressed – says it’s just as good as our old one, only better with all the modern features. The service we got from Trade Centre Wales was genuinely outstanding. I’d recently broken my foot and was on crutches when we visited but the team were amazing – they brought the cars over to me so I didn’t have to struggle. There was a lovely young lad, Josh I think his name was, who treated me like his own Nanna and even brought me a coffee! They really went above and beyond so I’d give them 10 out of 10 if I could!

We’ve bought a couple of cars from Trade Centre Wales before, so it was the first place we thought of when we decided to upsize to a 4x4. This time around felt a bit different – in a good way! No one pounced on us the second we walked in, which was actually really nice. We were left to have a proper look around at our own pace without any pressure. I even had to go and ask someone for the keys to the Qashqai we ended up buying! It was a much more relaxed experience, and we definitely preferred it that way.
