We drove from Plymouth to see the cars as advertised on the website believing we would get a car in our price range unfortunately you need to be there at opening time to have any chance of finding a web special. The car we bought was dearer than our budget but was a good deal . All staff we dealt with were brilliant and the paper work sorted quickly within a few hours of arriving vowing choosing we drove away. Very happy with my new car which would have cost me much more in Plymouth private or garage so well worth a look.

David was brilliant. After a long process and numerous rounds of paperwork he went above and beyond, helping to sort vehicle tax/insurance and giving further advice re finance options. A nerve wracking decision definitely made easier with his professional but friendly manner. Thanks!

I hadn’t bought from Trade Centre Wales before, so it was a bit disappointing to have a few small issues with the car from day one. They weren’t major, but still not ideal. That said the staff were great and worked with me to get everything sorted. The repair garage had a few hiccups at first, but in the end it all got sorted and the car's been perfect since. The staff were really helpful and kept me informed throughout, so I’m happy with how things were handled.

Although I live fairly locally, I'd never dealt with The Trade Centre before. I popped in to take a look at what they had in stock, and it was absolutely great—so much to choose from! The service was excellent too, and I’d like to say a big thank you to the young lady who helped me sort out my tax and insurance before I drove away.
