If you are enquiring about a car you will get a quick response, thereafter you will be ignored it's as simple as that. Promises to return calls never happen - strange how when I was buying I was never left alone with calls and emails isn't it. The people you need to speak to are never available. £1198.45 of repairs required on a car I've had a matter of weeks, had to pay £198.45 of that myself because 4 days in WOC still hadn't bothered to call the garage and pay despite the finance company assuring me they would do so. I will amend this review as and when I receive my £198.45 back in my account. Honestly absolutely disgusted with how I've been treat as a customer, completely ignored all emails I've sent, texts, voicemails, even when I complained about being ignored and was promised I would receive a call back within 30 minutes without fail, 3 days later guess what, still no contact. I need my £198.45 back, I rely on that money to eat and live and the fact that this company literally don't care less says everything. They don't care if your kids go without food, it's scandalous and quite honestly The World of Cars in Rugby ought to be ashamed.

Don’t trust there cars, are all damaged one way or another some not even registered with DVLA. I had problems with the car I bought from 2nd day and they just kept passing the buck now I’m left owing finance company £1500 from the £6500 I borrowed, as insurance only paid out what it was worth after having a accident in it. The world off cars was suppose to give me £1000 And only gave me £700 my van so now no car or van and owe finance company. Well told them to take me to court whistle for their money cause no one getting another penny out of me now I can’t even work.
