Due to covid & Travel arrangements i put total trust in this company I have purchased from reputable dealers before without physically viewing and all were 100% truthful and positive expiriences, i asked all questions regarding the car including asking about any dinks or dents and stressed how i made sure all of my cars were never dented or marked, only a mark on the petrol cap was mentioned along with a mark on the rear bumper & was clearly visible on the video as they went close up to it but should have guessed all was not right as the rest of the video of outside was done at a distance.I was told the previouse owner had taken the vanity mirrors as they must have liked them but in their advertising video only one was missing and the other was clearly visible so on the car i should have pulled out on that lie,they offered to send a cheque to cover cost but did not. when the car arrived both mirrors were missing and no cheque.The night before the delivery was to take place i was informed the stereo had pixels missing when warmed up but doesnt affect the use. this actualy made using the stereo near impossible without guessing what was on the screen,i thought it would still be posible to see what was on the screen but just not lit up, turned out the stereo wasnt even from that car as there was no bluetooth connected up and no socket to connect it to. although the connection was in the car for bluetooth to be plugged in. A totaly different model had been put in (could the correct one have gone the same way as the vanity mirror that dissapeared after the video) I had to purchase a replacement at £375 from BMW for the correct one with bluetooth and in fully working order. The car was delivered,looked ok. After closer inspection there was rust all along the wheel arch (Which will need replacing) and several marks and paint blemishes have come to surface after washing which were hidden previous possibly with wax. Adaptive lighting was advertised but this is not the case. Previous mot showed and advisory but the new one didnt and was stressed with no advisories but having taken it to bmw strangely enough the advisory from the previouse mot showed up and will need doing. I appreciate i had every opportunity to pull out from any deal and i asked the relevent questions and all that was required was truthful answers i didnt ask for lies or cover ups. Lesson learned. Obviously the sales person was jolly and helpful in other ways and did give me the opportunity to not go through with the deal,But my wifes illness didnt give me time so was totally relient on truthfulness . Had he mentioned the rust and other blemishes (on the bonnet) and the spoiler becoming loose i probably would not have purchased. I would not have purchased if i physically viewed due to the reasons mentioned that were not disclosed when asked ,as being told you do know this is not a new car doesnt actualy give information, Fully appreciate the purchase was my doing and was not forced into it but do feel a little mislead and now have further expense to make the car as described.
I could not speak more highly about The Wright Car Company. I brought a car from here 2 years ago and have had no problems at all. The choice of cars was excellent and the prices are more than fair . I have now returned and purchased a second car for my wife . Again the whole process was easy and stress free , they really couldnt do more to help .
Was brilliant service from start to finish, literally helped me in any way possible! Would recommend anyone to go here they wont be disappointed. Thank you Wright car company! Will definitely be using The Wright Car Company again.
Been trying to get hold of The Wright Car Company for ages. contacted three times via facebook and both times have been read and ignored. seems they only have time for certain customers

I brought an Audi TT from these guys and the transaction was faultless and very smooth. Nothing is too much hassle for these guys they even loaned me a courtesy car for two weeks whilst my car was in for repair. This amount of time was due to me being on holiday not the amount of time for the repair but they were happy for me to keep the courtesy car whilst I was away. Great service and I would recommend to anyone. You are left alone to look at the cars with out being pushed to buy them which is very refreshing now days. Great customer service well done.
we have just collected our third vehicle from the guys at the wright car company. always friendly and helpful , a great family run business car had nine months mot but they put a twelve month mot on it i wouldn't buy anywhere else
Amazing from start to finish, spoke about fiat 500 Tuesday afternoon and garage sorted warranty, purchase and delivery out in less than 24 hours. car is amazing and comes with warranty and rac cover. could not ask for a better service.
Me and my husband highly recommend The Wright Car Company. We struggled to get the finance at first, but they worked hard on it for us and we were accepted. We then bought a focus which they had held for us for quite sometime whilst we waited for things to fall in place and helped us with all documents. We are now currently, purchasing a van from them which again, they held for us even though the interest on the vehicle was quite high. Cannot thank and recommend them enough. I will not go anywhere else for advice or cars.
In august i bought a car from here. Since then I have had issues with it and had diagnostic testing done which has revealed that the may have been involved in an accident. The dealership say they are investigating it but seem to just be fobbing me off. I wouldn't use this dealership again.

Hi Tj , Thankyou for taking your time to leave a review. We are aware that your air bag light come on which we fixed the seat belt tensioner on at no cost to yourself, we understand the car now needs a sensor which we have said we can try and place under warranty for you. As aware there is lack of communication between you and your partner. I only spoke you about three weeks ago and you have not come back to me..... Remember if you still want your alloys refurbished we can get it done at trade price of 140.00 for all four alloys.
Pretty average service from this dealership. I bought a Peugeot 308 in August. The car was in relatively good condition and was reasonably priced but has already been back to them for over 3 weeks being repaired and I have since come across another issue so It will have to go back for a second time. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this dealership.

Evening , Thankyou for the review. Sorry to hear you wouldn't come back to us. I do remember you having a problem with your abs light , but as aware this light would not always come on and there was no fault codes stored hence the time and reason for you coming back. We did pay to fix it and supply a courtesy car.. sorry that we couldn't do more to help.
