I just have to say how impressed I am with Simon and his team in the service department at Think Cars. This was the second garage I went to as my car was making a funny noise and they were the only ones to diagnose and fix the fault. Very happy customer!

When I first viewed the car the whole process seemed excellent couldn't be a happier team to deal with. However things I asked to be done before purchasing were not done on collecting the car. Living a good distance away is something of an inconvenience. The car has been back to Think Cars Bransgore for repairs on a number of occasions and at the moment they've had the car for coming up to two weeks. The service seem have been excellent considering they are extremely busy and being short staffed as well. My disappointment is with sales. An exciting purchase becoming a disappointing one with works not being done as promised. Hopefully I shall feel a lot more confident about the car now,with no more problems.

Ever since they have moved here I have been using Think Cars's services. My wife has her car serviced here as well and we've never been better looked after. I bought my Mercedes here last year and my wife has just changed hers. Totally satisfied. Expert advice and service from mechanics who know what the're doing and no problem is too small or too large. If you're looking for value for money when cash is tight then take a trip to this family run business who won't rip you off. First Class!!
I purchased a vehicle from Think Cars in February. Unfortunately the car wasn't fit for purpose. After a months I started having serious issues with the car. The dealers have done everything they can to try and put it right but it's seems they cant so I am returning the car. Can't thank the dealers enough for their efforts and cooperation.

I have had my Car for a while now and I have had no issues with it at all. It was in really good condition when I revived it and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. The dealers were all very helpful. I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone.

I bought a nice motor from Think Cars but their aftercare is messy. I have done a lot of waiting around and I am still waiting for the log book and they said they would sort out some cosmetic issues with the car which thy didn't even though they had plenty of time to. Overall they were not very helpful.
