After viewing a few used cars in and around Norwich city centre we came across thorpe end. Say no more. Every car was immaculately cleaned and presented. We were soon to be greeted by a guy we now know to be the owner “Daniel” a very polite and friendly chap who advised us to ask if we needed anything. Needless to say we bought a Nissan micra in excellent condition proved with a full mot service and warranty. After two weeks we had a small issue with the window. The car was booked in the next day repaired and return to us all in 24hours. We purchased a brand new car in the past from a Norwich main dealer and waited three days to even get an issue looked at. So the service provided by Daniel was exceptional from start to finish. Definitely worth viewing this company’s stock as does not disappoint.

At last we have found a Garage dealer we trust. My experiences off buying a used car are very high. We bought a polo for our daughter from Daniel the owner and he was so helpful and completed our long list off bits we wanted doing to have the car how we wanted it. Most garages wouldn’t even entertain us because we just want things done correctly but Daniel was so understanding and helpful. Thanks again for everything and putting up with out high expectations. I really felt I can speak freely with Daniel without him becoming irate. We purchased a vw polo from Daniel and from arriving at the car sales to collecting our car was so refreshing. Everything was completed as agreed. We where also reminded if we where unsure or needed anything to call him when driving away in our daughters new polo. Very impressed.

We attended this sales site this week to view a BMW. We where greeted by a "hi guys can I help you " after advising we where just browsing we where left alone but told to ask if we needed any further help.......What a breath of fresh air all the dealers we visited that day tried to sell us a car as soon as we stepped on the forecourt!! We viewed the BMW for sale and it was a lovely car so clean and looked a nice example. However we realised a BMW 3-Series is not going to be big enough for my growing family hence we left it. We left our name and details with the owner Daniel and he's is going to phone if they get a nice low mileage people carrier in stock to match our needs. Would def recommend this company.....Mr Clarke.

Me and my mum went to buy a car from this dealer a couple of days ago and at first were quite surprised as they seemed very polite on the phone and when we arrived.... however i found a few faults with the car for example the heater blower dident work and the air con unit was very very noisy so i mentioned these when i did he completely lost it became very rude told me that the car was not for me and that I should look elswehere?!? Its clear that he knew I knew what I was talking about and diden't want to be embarrassed by a test drive when i found further faults he actually started shouting at us as we left like a crazy person?!?!?! we actually had money in out hands and if he had simply offered to repair the fan i would have bought the car MENTAL. It up too you the cars seem okay but i wouldn't like to find a fault with one of them next time he might loose it completely and we will read about it on the news I WOULD SAY AVOID!
