Absolutely appalling garage to have any form of contact with. After trying to sort out getting something back which belonged to us after my partner left. They decided to hide this and lied to us. After finding out it was there I went in to collect the item. Jacob knights on reception was rude, unpleasant, and arragont. After I left the garage he proceed to tell other members of staff I could go fuck myself and to fuck off!! I know this as I have another family member who works there and over heard Professional? I believe not! Absolutely disgusting and appalling behaviour from a garage which promotes good customer service!!! AVOID

I would strongly advise against using Thurlow Nunn. We purchased a car from their Holt dealership one year ago and it was incredibly dangerous. Whilst driving on a busy road in rush hour (and 4 months pregnant) the ABS pump gave away, veering me on to oncoming traffic. Luckily I managed to regain control of the car and call recovery. This is apparently a known fault with Vauxhall Corsas, with some editions being recalled. However, when I called Thurlow Nunn and Vauxhall, neither would admit that this was the case and that we had been sold a dangerous car. Because the car was a few days out of warranty, the total cost for the pump/breaks came to over £1000. Needless to say we will never use Thurlow Nunn or purchase a Vauxhall car again.
