Do not buy a car from Tile Hill Carz. Sold me a faulty car and get fobbing me off saying they’d try this and that to fix it and it still wasn’t fixed. I went to a garage who told me they could see the new parts which they’d put in but those things weren’t the issue and they thought they knew what the issue was but didn’t want to fix it because it was going to be £700+. Absolutely awful service, would never go here ever again.

I bought a car a mazda 6 it burnt oil from day one they didn't want to know didn't return calls and they have no web site you can contact, they advertise no administration fee but charged me £290 in fee's so even on delivery I would have lost £290 even if I didn't want the car, in the end I'd had the car 3 months and it had a engine fire on my way home from work, power steering went and brakes.. this could have killed me very easily.... don't buy from these thieves and scammers...you have being warned...Avoid at all cost

Bought a car from them recently having identified some issues on test drive which they promised to rectify before delivering vehicle. Vehicle was delivered and delivery drivers left before I had a chance to inspect the vehicle. Faults not rectified and car cannot be driven without battery going flat. Dealer refused to repair or refund. Now going through the Courts. Avoid at all costs.

bought a jaguar from them under a different name they change there name so nothing can be done after you purchased your car, scammers is what they are so my advice is to stay clear from these people and save your money all the cars are cheap and nasty

Just hiding the issue's for the test drive, they come out after few days.. not even bothered to clean the cars

After communication over three days to view a car we messaged when leaving and travelled an hour. when we got there they couldn't find the keys. After waiting 45 mins in the car for a call we gave up. The car had black trims instead of silver in photo. Most of the cars are dirty and not looked after.
