service was ok but saying that it would be as they want your money! sold us a car and had nothing but problems, not long after collecting it it needed new discs and pads and then a new air conditioning unit and now the electrics are shot!! all in all please do not buy from them.

Bought a overpriced Chrysler from Tiley of Bristol and had no end of problems the electric doors do not work properly one completely packed up and could not open it at all had to get grand kids out of car on the road side After sales is a complete waste of time either manager off sick or not in the office car been in 2 days no response from them so just called and been told they are not going to fix the problem so I have now told them I am contacting trading standards now as I have had enough. Car went in for alarm was one of the faults and I was told it just needed the volume turning up absolutely must think I was thick needed a new siren. other problems fog lights did not work. Heated seat does not work Like I said avoid with the plague

I spoke to the garage again after not hearing from them and it was agreed for a refund and was told that they would have the money in the afternoon so I left it till 345pm and went down to get personal belongings out of the car and after 25 minutes of waiting the car was eventually bought out of the workshop and I was handed a cheque for the refund which I was not happy about and when I asked about it going onto the card I paid I was told I would have to wait a couple of days for the authorisation person to return to work and I would be best to bank the cheque I have now banked the cheque I am just waiting now for it to be returned unpaid this is what I am expecting hopefully this will not happen.

Bought a Ford S Max from Tiley of Bristol back in February/March time - sold with full service history, no service history at all, Have been very slow at responding to emails and still we have no service history for the car affecting future value. It also developed lock problems within a month that they refunded some of the money towards repairs, under sufferance. Wouldn't trust with a barge pole and wouldn't buy if I had my time again.

I purchased my zafira from Tiley of Bristol in February, after having it for a few days I noticed there was a fair things wrong with the car. So I was then dealing with the service department. Andy paisley was the gentleman who was helping me resolve the issues. His customer service is exceptional, always kept me updated through the phone, always polite, and respectful, always had a courtesy car so I could still get to work without any worrys. He is such a genuine nice bloke. Because of Andy I will return with my next purchase. And will advise friends and family to go here. They spent a lot of money and time in to my car. Definitely put more money into my car than they made through profit. Just want to say thank you to Andy paisley and the service team. I really appreciate it.

Bought a ford focus, going back for the 3 time tomorrow only had it 1 month. Had a few things that needed fixing but the main thing is bearings in the gear box and clutch that need sorting. First two times they said these nothing wrong but it's getting worse and the bearing is getting louder. Avoid this dealer.

Tiley of Bristol were great, I was particularly impressed with how the car was presented, they had it valeted and it looked excellent when they handed it over to me. They were also very friendly and helpful throughout.

Bought a second hand car for just under 5k nearly a year ago. Had nothing but problems since the day i picked it up. Took it back twice but came back with MORE problems. The car has only done 89,000 miles and is now pretty much scrap. Clunking when braking, clunking when going over speed bumps, oil leak, misfire and i've just found out the car HAS NOT been fully serviced like it says in my service manual! I wish i had read these reviews before i had put my money down! Now looking to buy a run around for under £1000 and will lose most of the money i put into the BMW. I have no money left and no options!

I purchased a car from them. All went well at the beginning (probably because they were getting money) but after 2 days it wouldn't start so had to bump start it, and then the back indicators stopped working and a horrible grinding noise from the back wheel. I rang up and just got passed around to tell them and no one seemed to want to help. I took the car back and they have me a car to borrow to get home. And what a poor car it was, it had no fuel so had to put some in to just get home. Which they won't reimburse you. They asked me to give them the day to fix it by that time I had enough and rang them to say I would like my old car back or money back. In which they soon hung up on me. So I left work early and went in to see them to their surprise. They wouldn't offer me any sort of deal as they have fixed my car. I watched them do all the work to it and told them they owe me half a days work. Which i never got. So hopefully my car is fixed and won't need to go back. So please if you are looking at a car do not buy from Tiley Of Bristol. More hassle then any of their cars are worth.

Very impressed. Polite no pressure sales. Make sure you properly know your values/costs when talking money, do a thorough appraisal of the vehicle, be reasonable and the result will be fair. The car was prepared exactly as agreed and I was particularly impressed as I'd left my sunglasses on the windscreen at the test drive. They were collected, kept in the vehicle wallet and returned to me on collection of the vehicle. The service history booklet, which was separated from the rest of the history at purchase was forwarded a couple of weeks later. This is used car sales so don't expect a picnic but be firm and decent and you'll get a fair deal.

I received nothing but disgraceful customer service. Do not trust a car salesman from this establishment. From day 1 bought secondhand car and its been nothing but trouble. The manner in which the staff spoke to me was distgusting. Almost as if I was making a big deal out of it and that 'so what' the car has had nothing but faults I should just get over it. The two cars we twst drove had engine fault lights on and the courtesy car has an engine fault light. Dont trust them.
