Don't buy a car from Tiley of Bristol they need shutting down they owe us money which they have not paid we bought a car from them in February and we have had nothing but trouble with it we also had structural damage on the car and it shouldn't have passed not but it did they should pay for it but we have heard nothing they need to pay for it and also be shut down trading standards have also been informed.

I bought a peugeot 308 from Tiley of Bristol in sept.....i was coming back from East Huntspil on saturday and the engine over heat warning came on. Did all the recommended advice. Went out this morning and after not being moved for 16 hours the engine overheat warning came on...the engine was cold. Also I like many others on this page have still not received the full service history..Phoned them today sunday the 21st Oct..no one answered the phone for 12 minutes when they did I was told there was no one in the service dept and to phone tomorrow....7 day operation you would expect someone to be in the service department.

brought a car off Tiley of Bristol less then 24 hours later 2 lights on my dash plugged it in at work and the EGR failed took it back to them and collected it the next day the lights come back on the day after sent it back to them as I seen a damaged rear diff bush, failed EGR and a knocking noise 3 Days later I got my car back with new EGR and diff bushes and they claimed the knocking noise was a loose gear box mount I still have this noise and after driving for a month I've manged to remove 3 wheel nuts by hand decided to continue all my repairs out my own pocket at work

My experience with Tiley of Bristol was a nice one because after buying a second-hand car, I was expected to find technical problems but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was solved in a timely manner and for free! as long as the car was automatically in warranty! Thank you!

Bought a freelander from tiley of bristol only had it 1 month and has already cost me nearly £500. Split boost pipe split turbo pipe engine management light on. There a joke they tend to ignore you as soon as you have left garage

When you are buying a car they are all smiles and call you back instantly. I spent over £6000 on a car and it's engine packed up after 3 months needing a new engine. don't return calls or emails. They obviously couldn't careless about good customer service or return business simply just getting their hands on your cash. They still have my car after 3 months and I've heard nothing costing me a fortune in hiring a car !

service was ok but saying that it would be as they want your money! sold us a car and had nothing but problems, not long after collecting it it needed new discs and pads and then a new air conditioning unit and now the electrics are shot!! all in all please do not buy from them.

Bought a overpriced Chrysler from Tiley of Bristol and had no end of problems the electric doors do not work properly one completely packed up and could not open it at all had to get grand kids out of car on the road side After sales is a complete waste of time either manager off sick or not in the office car been in 2 days no response from them so just called and been told they are not going to fix the problem so I have now told them I am contacting trading standards now as I have had enough. Car went in for alarm was one of the faults and I was told it just needed the volume turning up absolutely must think I was thick needed a new siren. other problems fog lights did not work. Heated seat does not work Like I said avoid with the plague

I spoke to the garage again after not hearing from them and it was agreed for a refund and was told that they would have the money in the afternoon so I left it till 345pm and went down to get personal belongings out of the car and after 25 minutes of waiting the car was eventually bought out of the workshop and I was handed a cheque for the refund which I was not happy about and when I asked about it going onto the card I paid I was told I would have to wait a couple of days for the authorisation person to return to work and I would be best to bank the cheque I have now banked the cheque I am just waiting now for it to be returned unpaid this is what I am expecting hopefully this will not happen.

Bought a Ford S Max from Tiley of Bristol back in February/March time - sold with full service history, no service history at all, Have been very slow at responding to emails and still we have no service history for the car affecting future value. It also developed lock problems within a month that they refunded some of the money towards repairs, under sufferance. Wouldn't trust with a barge pole and wouldn't buy if I had my time again.
