I've had my Ford Transit Custom for a couple of weeks now and I couldn't be happier! Everything is in good working order and I'm really impressed with how smooth it drives. 5 out of 5 experience all round.

To be honest I've not had much chance to go out in the van because I mainly use my car but for the time I've driven my Renault Kangoo Maxi it's been great. I can't remember who the salesman was on the day but it received great customer service! There was no pressure to commit to the purchase and I felt that all of my questions were answered. I don't give anyone top marks, but I wouldn't change anything about my visit.

Jon at the van dealership was a great lad to deal with. He took me around the vans I was eyeing and was happy to answer any questions I had. Being familiar with vans myself, having been around them my whole life, I could tell when I stumbled upon a good one. The dealership had a large stock of vans, which made it easy for me to find what I needed. Opted for the Citroen Berlingo, and it's been running well ever since. With plans to replace some vans in my fleet, I'll definitely be returning here for them. Great experience overall!

Before picking a van, I knew I'd have to take out a finance agreement, which was new to me and made it especially hard to understand with my dyslexia. But Jon made the whole process so easy. He patiently read through all the paperwork with me, ensuring I understood every detail. Also despite forgetting my license, Jon took me out for a test drive himself, allowing me to experience the car first hand. His extra effort truly made a difference. Since then, the van has been nothing short of amazing. I couldn't be happier with the service and the vehicle!

Ben was excellent from the moment I stepped foot in the show room. He was very patient while I made my decision on whether I should get the van or not, but once I was happy to go ahead with it, the paperwork was pushed through without any issues. 5 out of 5.

Honestly can't fault the customer service because the team were amazing from the very start. I was interested in the the Ford Transit and without hesitation, they passed me the keys to take it out on a test drive. After a small drive around, the van was exactly what I wanted. There was a teething issue with the van after I drove it away, but once I contacted the dealership, they were quick to get it in and sort the issue without hesitation. For that, I can't complain. 4.5* just because of the small issue, but it wouldn't stop me from coming back.

Jon was a great lad and I would highly recommend anyone to ask for him if you get the chance to visit this dealership. He told me everything I needed to know about the van and in great detail. There were no hidden surprises when it came to the paperwork, so I couldn't be happier with how everything went. I will be returning!

So far so good with my Volkswagen Caddy Maxi. I think it's safe to say that I've managed to purchase a good quality van from here and I know it will last me for a very long time. Great company.

My van drives like a dream (touch wood) I don't want to jinx it! It's been a very smooth drive from getting me to and from site, all of the lads have mentioned the great condition the van was in. It's always nice to have something knocked off, but as for the price, I was happy with it because I purchased it at the end of the day. I would 100% get a van from here again because the team were very helpful.

Hats off to this dealership. I use my Toyota Hi-Lux daily for commutes and as a general run around. So far, the car has been spot on. Zed provided excellent customer service while I was at Time Motors, fixing all my concerns with the car ready for collection. From start to finish I'd rate it 10 out of 10! Plus, I also got a great deal on my old car through part exchange, which made the experience that little bit sweeter. I'm a very satisfied customer.
