This Thursday I purchased a Citroen from Tony, yes I say Tony because I feel I gained a friend as well as buy a car. He has a very relaxed way of doing business which is both customer focused and friendly. The test drive was extensive and allowed me to get a real feel for the vehicle and the information Tony provided allowed me to make a properly informed decision, whilst at no time did I feel under pressure to buy. His trade in value was in line with that I felt my old vehicle was worth and the whole process was a pleasure. Tony was excellent, he came and met me at the train station and drove me to the site, the van was everything he said it would be, it looked immaculate and I would certainly consider them for my next van.
