Bought a Fiat Punto from here on 07/07/2025 had it for three hours and gearbox/ clutch went, would only go into reverse. They first offered to have it fixed in my hometown as I live in Scotland which i agreed too, however this changed and they wanted to take it back to Sunderland then return it to me after a week or so, to me this sounded strange as I was told it was an easy fix by Neil on a phone call. So i decided to use my 30 days right to return and they picked the car up on 14/07/25. Im still to this day awaiting a refund, Ive been promised several times that 100 % in will be in by end of the day still nothing, do not buy from here, its really not worth the stress, look elsewhere they will rip you off then ignore countless calls, texts and emails.
