Picked up a car yesterday after a 3hr journey and drove it back with no problems. The lads were very helpful and offered us a coffee cannot fault them in anyway. Would highly recommend TopSpec Motors.

Avoid TopSpec Motors, this car should never have passed the Dogey mot and broke down as soon as it was delivered . Spent a fortune just to make it road worthy .

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! TopSpec Motors mis-sold me an extended warranty! When I realised this and raised it with them, they initially tried to lie their way out of it, before making all sorts of promises to rectify the situation by cancelling the mid-sold warranty and issue me with a full refund. It’s now been EIGHT WEEKS and I’ve still not been refunded!! They’ve also stopped responding to emails. Now seeking legal action!

Showed interest in a car. Gavin at TopSpec Motors assured me it would be available to view the following day as it needed to be brought down from their lock up. Was travelling over an hour to view, contacted him when half way there.....wrong vehicle had been brought to depot. Said he would take a full video of the vehicle the following day and talk me through everything. To date, 3 weeks later, nothing has been received. So glad did not purchase from this company after reading other reviews. Customer service is very poor and obviously they didn’t want my money.

Beware dont go anywhere near topspec motors.Bought a car off these in december whithin five days found numerous faults.Up untill september 2018 they have had the car a total of 19 weeks in all and still cant find fault.Now saying they only tried to find fault last time through gesture of goodwill even though i have all emails from day one listing faults.Could go on but honestly the last nine months dealing with this shower ,has been like a comedy sketch.They are liars who's customer service is non existent. TopSpec Motors sold my father in law a car which broke down on the way back. They refused to help him. He then got in contact with the finance company who cancelled the agreement (on return of the car) when he then said I don't want it fixed I'm returning it. He was told to f off and get out of the garage. When we tried to warn people on their Facebook page about what this dealership was like. They blocked me, my partner, her sister and her brother from commenting - after they re-listed the same car, days after it was returned. BUYER BEWARE.

ToSpec Motors sold me a broken car.

Bought a car from this garage nothing but problems. Been back up every weekend since I've had it . They have attitude with you on the phone, don't call you back put me on hold for 30 minutes . They take parts off other cars and out it on yours unacceptable. Can not say it enough do not purchase a car from them.

My son bought a car 5 weeks ago from this dealer and it has already broken down. We had to pay for a recovery truck (which wasn't cheap )to get the car back to them as they said the warranty is only with there garage. This was almost a week ago now and my son is still without a car which he really needs to get back and for to work and everytime he rings them to find out what's going on they keep fobing him off with rubbish and promise to ring him back with details which they don't do. I would never recommend buying a car from these.
