Good old fashion selling morals. I really liked buying my motor from the Touchdown lads. Nobody hovering over my shoulder and breathing down my neck, I was handed the keys and time to go and have a look over the car. They allowed me to test drive for as long as needed and I asked millions of question to which was answered in details. Not many car dealership like this around nowadays, so get down to Touchdown!

Fabulous from start to finish, I wont go anywhere else now to buy a car. Every single staff member deserves a pat on the back, fantastic team of people, very friendly and helpful, a nice place to buy a car.

Even if I really tired to pick a fault I don't think I could, everything ran so smoothly and everything fell into place as it should. Time frames met, promises delivered and a true description of the car. Thank you, hands down the best experience yet.

I have had an absolutely grand experience with Maz and all the guys at touchdown! It was online that I saw the Volkswagen so decided to go down and view it. With having my old car for 17 years, I was a little nervous about going back into a car dealership all these years on with how everything changes over the years. I was warmly greeted by Maz and the team which instantly put me at ease. Maz was very non-pressurising. He basically said here is what I have in stock, I think this sort of car will suit your requirements but have a look round and shout me if you need anything. That was the perfect approach to car sales for me, helpful but not pushy at all. The whole process felt very organic and natural. I decided to go for the VW, Maz told me all about the car and was extremely informative. He answered any questions I had also. I felt so proud driving away in my new car. It was perfect for me and I have loved driving it so much. I did have a minor issue with it a few days later however, as soon as I contacted Maz, he had me straight in with the garage next door where the chaps, who were all great, helped sort the issue. I have had no issues with the car since this and feel very reassured that if there was an issue or even a question that I had, that Maz would be on the other end of the phone to help.

How good can one persons customer service be? Maz is insane! His customer service skills are 100/10. Absolutely cannot fault the guy. He's genuine and helpful and couldn't do enough for me. My Merc is a very nice car, I've had no issues with it at all and have absolutely loved driving it. The best car buying experience I've ever had! Everyone needs to go to Maz for their cars, he's the real deal!
