Brought another car at Tower Hill Garage Farnbough and the service and advice just amazing and can't fault them. I brought my last car from them and returned again becuase of the service i had before and nothing changed. You get honest advice, quality service and nothing is too much trouble and the cars they sell are good value and quality cars and why I returned as had over 5 years trouble free other than a small issue with Air-conditioning but was sorted under warranty. I cannot thank Tower Hill Garage enough for their outstanding service when I really needed it! My old car finally gave up on me when I needed it more than ever, as I am working in the NHS and need to get to work each day. We saw a lovely Fiat 500L for sale on line which looked perfect for me. We contacted Tower Hill Garage and explained the situation. Paul went out of his way to arrange for the car to be ready for me immediately so I can continue getting to work each day. We picked it up today and he had everything in order for me so I could literally drive it away there and then. I can't thank him enough and would highly recommend Tower Hill Garage to everyone.

I have just bought a used car from Tower Hill garage, the service was excellent and Alan the salesman was great, he never gave me the hard sell instead he just let me make up my own mind. Drove 50 miles to view a vehicle at £8.5k and I was interested enough to ask for a test drive but as I was short of time, had no trade in and did not require finance and it was raining, plus the vehicle needed a very good valet due to a dog I would have returned with my better half at the weekend. I was refused a test drive as apparently their margins are so tight they can’t afford it. Never had that in 40 years! Certainly wouldn’t bother going back to Tower Hill Garage.

We feel you have unfortunately misunderstood the conversation surrounding the test drive. We never have any issue with customers test driving vehicles if they're looking to proceed with a purchase (subject to a satisfactory test drive). In this instance and by your own admission, you stated that you wished to return to view the vehicle with your wife at the weekend in order to make a decision together. As such, it was suggested by us that upon your return we would be more than happy for you both to test drive the vehicle at the same time. For further clarification, we've never refused any test drive on the grounds of tight margins or affordability - we're actually slightly bemused by this statement. As an independent small business, we'll obviously try to keep costs (such as fuel for example) to a minimum, which is why we would've suggested providing you both with the one test drive (as opposed to two separate ones). We apologise if you misunderstood during your recent visit. Moving forward, the vehicle is currently available and you're more than welcome to return with your wife to view and test drive the vehicle together before making your decision.
