I bought my beautiful Kia Sorento privately. After several years it was recalled as the rear suspension needed a modification due to corrosion. I contacted Tower garage and the vehicle was taken in for the modification .That involved draining the oil from the back axel and welding new plates to replace the faulty ones I was given a courtesy car and driving it back home. I was horrified that the brakes were almost non existent. I collected my Sorento the next day. A couple of months later at it's mot. I asked the tester to check the real axle. I was informed that all the original corroded metal was still in place. Even the drain plug removal reses hole was full of chalk from a wet Dorset Steam fair the previous year. They had just put underseal over the old rusty. structures. I contacted the Importers and Tower garage asked me to return the vehicle for inspection. I was asked to sit in reception while they put my vehicle on a ramp for me to inspect. The bonnet was open and a blanket was draped over the number plate. The rear suspension was immaculate. It was not my car that I was asked to inspect. I felt totally disgusted at being lied to. I was then escorted back to reception. While my alleged vehicle was taken from the workshop. At the next MOT I was told that the rear suspension was becoming dangerous. Sadly I had little choice but to trade it in.

I live in High Wycombe and I was really lucky to have the chance to come to this garage to ask for deal , It was pleasure to have advice and guidance from Chris Georgioiu, a car dealer , I think was the best as he even convinced me to buy a burgundy red car , a colour which I never liked it, until that moment. a very stressful amd upsetting experience with vauxhall made good by Tim in sales who turned it around amd made everything stress free amd smooth sailing from.start to finish can not thank or praise him enough, in fact Chris was also greY as when we first went to view there was no hard sell at any point from Koa which is why I returned, 10* from me

from the first call to picking up the car it was a pleasure to deal with a car dealer who still operated on some old school customer service and did everything they said they would without having to chase... i only wish they did plumbing too!

Work done on car seems up to standard but dont expect any customer service or even a smile from Tower Hill Garage Kia in King Langley. Small garage funny attitude places like this just disappear.

Unfortunately we have been badly let down by the Kia garage in Chippererfield. The car itself is OK but the person we dealt with (Chris) has messed us about badly. We were told that a spare wheel for the car would be supplied but 6 weeks later we have not received it. We have phoned Kia Chipperrfield 7 times. The usual response is that Chris is with a customer and will phone back but of course he doesn't. Beware this garage. They seem honest and good to deal with but they are not what they seem.
