Purchased a Mini Cooper convertible and the team at Town & Country were more than helpful. I did have to wait an extra day for the car to be ready but I would rather wait and have full confidence in the car than rush them with the process. The car had a fresh MOT and service and I am delighted with it.
I had the cash to buy a £4k car and wanted to email for info first. Three attempts later they still haven't responded. I did one online chat where I left my email and phone number, and an additional two emails - one through Autotrader and the other through their own web site. Also did another online chat where I asked if they had any technical issues but no, all they wanted were my details again so it "could be looked into". Enough is enough, I will spend my money elsewhere.

Used the guys at Town & Country Kent for a number of years and always recommended them to friends and family. Some family members have even come down from Bromsgrove to purchase cars from them and always been very happy. The guys are hardworking and honest. Recently returned after a few years and they greeted me like an old friend. Purchased a little white KA for my daughter and it was the same ethos I remembered. I visited Town & Country Cars Kent a total of 3 times and couldn't decide on a car. The entire team showed a great level of patience with me and nothing was too much to ask.
Great selection of stock. Went in looking for a small automatic but was unsure what we wanted, test drove multiple different cars and eventually found one we loved. Many thanks to Town and Country Cars Kent.
We bought a car from Town and Country Cars Kent and paid for extended warranty,no confirmation of warranty ever arrived ,got in touch with warranty company and have never been contacted so we over 200 out pocket as well as no air con which was supposed to be mended .Numerous other probe with car which has cost us lots money . Dealer does not want to know never rings back when message left or answers texts . Please do not buy from this garage , car has cost us hundreds pounds so far and was not cheap over 9 though terrible dealer.
