sold me a 13 year old car and gave me a months warranty .two weeks later we had a problem the car lost its water. now was the time to see if his sales pitch was genuine or would we be given the cold shoulder. My car suffered a head gasket failure, a highly serious problem, which rendered it condemned and I had to unfortunately scrap it, and I use my car because of the nature of my job. I was unable to work for a week, I lost a week's income. I was stressed, upset and I lost a lot of sleep. Then, after searching the internet for cars and traders, I came across TCS. After noticing the trader was a short distance from where I live, and had a stock of excellent cars, I made contact immediately. I arranged a viewing appointment, and I was there the same day. After a look around the car which I had seen online, and a thorough discussion with the trader, It wasn't long before I made the decision to put down a deposit, and then make the remaining payment the same day. I was back on the road the next day and back to work with this car, all thanks to TCS. The trader is incredibly knowledgeable and does not use any fancy words or force your arm up your back to buy a car, like most dealers and traders do.
