I got my Audi TT in June and absolutely love it to bits. I use it most days and it’s been fantastic. The customer service was excellent, really helpful and easy to deal with. I did everything online and over the phone, and it all went smoothly. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. 5 out of 5 from me. I'm very happy.

I recently purchased an Audi TT and couldn’t be happier. The entire process was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I’m a sales manager at a dealership myself, so I know what good service looks like – and this was perfect. I felt genuinely well looked after throughout. The sales experience was smooth and professional. Sofia was brilliant – knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive all the way through. I did call up the warranty team about a speaker issue, and I'm currently looking into it. This is my Review and it’s 100% Genuine !!! When asked what I would score my experience from 1 to 5 my actual answer was 10 , if you are reading reviews ? Take note of this one …… Genuinely a great experience from my first call to the delivery of my TT …… if you have any doubts don’t this team are Genuinely interested in their customers ….. they are honest and extremely Professional…. We've been searching for a Discovery 4 HSE Lux with the right spec, interior and in a well-kept condition for months and so glad we waited as we found the perfect one at Trade Cars 4 U. The care and attention to detail in the prep of the vehicle has been nothing short of outstanding and the process of purchasing has been seamless. Can not recommend these guys enough, really professional and they've got a new loyal customer as we'll definitely be returning for the maintenance and upkeep of our new car.

I had some initial issues with the vehicle, but these were sorted right away and paid for by Trade Cars 4 U. It was all very straightforward, and there was never any messing about. The car is running great, and any issues were dealt with at the quickest and most convenient time. I was really pleased with the service from the staff throughout the whole process.
