My recent experience with Trade Cars & Commercials Ltd was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. From the outset of experiencing issues, there were glaring issues with transparency, communication, and the overall integrity of the dealership. First and foremost, the vehicle I purchased, equipped with a 2.0L Ingenium diesel engine, has been named and shamed on the Stormcatchers website among many others, indicating potential reliability and performance issues if used for short journeys. This critical information was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase, highlighting the dealership's disregard for transparency and customer trust. Moreover, the interaction with Daniel, one of their representatives, was less than satisfactory. Despite expressing concerns about the vehicle's maintenance history and potential issues, I was met with evasive responses and a lack of accountability. Attempts to address these issues with Daniel and the dealership were met with delays, unfulfilled promises, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. The lack of urgency and commitment to resolving the issues at hand was deeply concerning and indicative of the dealership's subpar service standards. Questions asked went unanswered and remain unanswered. Overall, my experience with Trade Cars & Commercials Ltd was profoundly disappointing and disheartening. Their misleading practices, lack of transparency, and inadequate customer service have left me deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise others to exercise caution and avoid doing business with this dealership, as their actions fall far short of ethical standards and consumer expectations.

Was looking for Honda CRV-SR and found a lovely example at TC&C LTD. E-mailed to Daniel asking some additional information. All questions was answered with no delays. Plenty of pictures of the car on the website. Also spoke to Daniel on the phone. Very polite gentleman! After all I've paid a deposit to secure that car as I trusted Daniel a lot! I live in Exeter, so to go so far to get a car you need to trust the trader completely. As my flight was delayed by more then two hours on Saturday I have to phone to Daniel to explain the situation and asked for options. Daniel understood the situation and has asked one member of his friendly team ( Ian ) to meet me outside of working hours! Thank you for doing that! Upon arrival all paperwork was organised and the car was ready for me to drive away! Daniel and his team went extra mile when I needed it! Overall great experience!
