we bought our last car from tc+c hassle free left to look at the car took it for a test drive no pressure at all bought the car off darren who was as helpful as he could be nothing was a bother even though we forgot to dip the clutch to start it we had a bit of an issue with the car i phoned darren up no problem he got the car picked up the next day got repaired and delivered back the next day cant fault the after service keep up the good work you and your team are doing would defo put you forward to freinds and family thanks for great service p brown crook co durham
Daniel was pleasant and helpful to deal with, however selling a car without a wheel wrench is dangerous. when I bought a wrench and checked the wheels one of the front wheel nuts was loose. There was also no means of repairing a puncture, no spare tyre, no car jack, no puncture repair kit, nothing but empty cubby-holes Less dangerous faults were a front side light bulb not working and a boot light not working. The faults should have been easily identifiable in any pre-sale -check. Other than the above faults the car is fine
Starting to have second thoughts about this dealer said would send replacement glass for door mirror still no sign tried to contact Daniel left message not even returned call extremely disappointed will have second thoughts about recommending to any one else

Hi Alistair, I have received your second review of which I am saddened to think you are uncertain of the service we provide and as a consequence you have scored us one less star than your initial review. I do apologise for missing your calls, however I have been returning them and I have been unable to leave you a voicemail as your mail box is full. I have not yet ordered the mirror glass as I need to discuss further details with you before making the order as it turns out it is not as straight forward as providing the registration to the parts supplier as with most cars, please could you get in touch? Bought a Seat Ibiza FR for my daughter. Beautiful car. Daniel was polite, courteous and processional. He seems to take his time and is not your 'usual second hand car salesman'..... A pleasant experience and can recommend this place for a quality used car.

Daniel is friendly and helpful; nice to deal with and his cars are in excellent condition. But, like many other dealers, his cars seem to be advertised by reprinting a generic specification off the internet. In my opinion this common practice is unhelpful and at worst misleading. The Autotrader advertisement for the car I travelled 300 miles to buy from Trade Cars and Commercials stated quite clearly that the car came with a DAB Radio and a tyre pressure monitoring system; in reality it had neither. So: check the equipment before you buy.

I will listen to your comments and check the specs of cars more thoroughly in future, whilst I followed a spec check I haven't this checked thoroughly enough and given it was a top end model being a Portfolio, like you I was very surprised it wasn't included with that car as standard. I know we discounted the car a little to compensate but I hope the condition of the car made up for this and you are enjoying your new car.
