Excellent service from the moment we went through the main entrance, no pressure to purchase even though there were plenty of sales persons available, drove away with exactly what we wanted, one happy Audi A1 owner, Excellent service from all departments from Valeting to final sales.

This is my third car from these guys and I'll definitely be back for more. I've always been treated well but this time around my sales rep was absolutely fantastic. I'm really grateful for his help and although he was new, honest to god he was exceptional - I told his manager the same on the day. I really couldn't have wished for more.

We bought a Mini Cooper for our daughter from Trade Centre Wales and she’s really pleased with it. We did have to replace the battery shortly after, but everything’s been running smoothly since then. The service overall was good — if we had one small suggestion, it’d be to give customers a bit more space and time to look around without feeling rushed. That said, the team were helpful and did their job well!

My Ford Fiesta's been going brilliantly so it has! It's one of the best cars I've bought. Thanks to the chaps at TCW for doing an all-round great job.

They was brilliant with me & very patient because I didn't have on line banking so did it the paperwork way. I felt they was really helpful did everything they could to get it done. Definitely recommend to friends & family.
