Our day started at the Neath branch the sales team were hopeless and rude their attitude changed when we made it clear we would be going to Merthyr Tydfil branch was a bit better attitude from staff there we chose a car while negotiating the monthly repayments the salesman kept disappearing into another room not even talking to anyone in particular we eventually agreed a repayment figure after about 5 hours into the visit we then were told we could have car next day the car handover very short wasn't shown around car found some major stone chips on rear passenger door and wheel arch so I had to sort that myself overall experience not so good.

Overpriced. Hidden costs and paperwork. Purchased vehicle with supposedly on supposed finance package, with supposedly 1 previous lady owner, knowing that by doing it through finance by trading my old car in, would give me a good deal, no negative equity if I wanted to trade in for another car, before the finance term ended, bearing in mind, my credit rating is excellent. All seemed to go well on reading the pre contract, they showed me the HPI check, it showed 3 previous owners, when I questioned this, they told me that it was recovered from the finance company from the last owner(alarm bells ringing) so I replied " what about the owner before that?.. you told me it had 1 previous owner???" They reply was "uh uh! but!"... bye bye I said. Stay well away from the Trade Centre Wales.

We bought a Renault clio 09 plate from the Merthyr branch and within 3 weeks the clutch started to slip, they supposed to have changed the clutch the following week, 2 weeks later it started leaking brake and clutch fluid, so they again supposedly did clutch again, upon picking up car from the garage, I had only gone 100 yards or so and discovered my brakes were faulty, The garage had damaged the wheel bearing resulting in bearing collapsing and causing brakes not work properly... I also found numerous ball joints with wear and tear that trade center Wales would not fix after only 2 months usage..... I could go on, but it's to long winded.... Stay well clear.

The Trade Centre Wales website shows cars a very cheap price, when you get there the fiesta on an eleven plate is not £1999 it is £6500 and when you ask where the ones on the website are they say they have sold them, absolute rubbish in my opinion. These cars do not exist.

Well from day 1 it was told I would take the car home that day well after hours of sitting there no I had to come back because they took that long the finance company closed so had to wait till Monday finally got the go ahead from them no the car still want sorted a week later I picked up my car loved it it was dark by the time I finally sorted insurance paper work ect so didn't really look at the car drove off no fuel in the car had to find a petrol station witch wasn't easy as it was dark and didn't no were the f I was but I found one then I tried to put window down a bit didn't work though only a fuse but it wasn't the a couple days later a water leak phone tcw nothing to do with them phone your rac cover we'll that's all I had for week then they the after sales told me to drive the car up so they can take a look them when I got there denied saying that had murder there left the car there they phoned saying I left the car open then they said they would take it to auction and I will still be left with the finance So picked car up took to garage tried cleaning off rac well in the end I paid for the water leak and window regulater

Car had several faults when sold, aftercare non existent and patronising, luckily I managed to reject the vehicle with the finance company after 3 very stressful months. Steer well clear - see the page and group on facebook for more nightmares

My vehicle broke down after nineteen days trade centre wales asked me to take it to a garage to be diagnosed The turbo had gone They recovered the vehicle 4 days later I rang them everyday sometimes twice a day for the next 17 days Even though they promised to ring me they never did they repaired the turbo and blew it up for a second time Got the car back today day 21 Receptionist is rude, after sales manager even more rude and cocky If you value your hard earned cash please shop elsewher !!!!!
