I benn at The Trade Centre Wales in Neath, to buy a car, they are very stressful People they ask as like 20 Times în 5 min if whe chose a car, if you as them for The Car history service they are dont now nothing, when they see i am not agree with what they offer to me , they start to be very road, they run credit checks with not my approvment, they try to sell my a bump câr,and with scrach paint.

We bought 2 cars from The Trade Centre Wales, windscreen price nearly £19000 but within a week both cars had broken down. One car was deemed unroadworthy and we had to abandon it for a week while it was getting repaired. We ended up losing over £4000 within 3 months of buying the cars. Buyers beware, if you end up with a faulty car from TSW you may end up on your own.

The Trade Centre Wales in Neath cost my daughter money transferring insurance on a car they said she could take that night phoned her the next day saying the finance was 70 a month more than she had agreed but by then she had already insured the car ready to pick up first thing if you had a problem good luck firstly with trying to contact them then good luck with the salesmen who are blatant liers I am pursuing this through trading standards and would advise others to do so

Looking for new family car got pounced on soon as I was on site. Did see nice Ford Focus. Salesmen reeled off his patter about how this was one ‘best cars ‘ in site, fully serviced , inspected etc. Well they need to retrain the person doing inspection, underneath car puddle of like pinkish, browny fluid. Antifreeze ...brakefluid ????? I was told only had 1 owner. It online check stated it had 3 owners in 3 years before came to Trade Centre Wales. Clearly salesman lying, car had issues , maybe the leaking fluid was a minor problem, but with the bullshit from salesman no way was going take a chance. Ended up buying a fab car from place in Aberdare,, Only small dealer had a good deal, and they were so friendly and professional , put Trade Centre Wales to shame,

Just went to have a look in The Trade Centre Wales, I never got more than 3 steps in the showroom, when I was confronted by a salesman asking me what I was looking for (BMW or Jaguar) and I was told NO, WE DON'T HAVE ANY., and basically told to go (even I could see at least 3 Jags, and umpteen BMW's) Never mind, I'll take my £10.000 elsewhere.

I bought a vauxhall astra 3 years ago from The Trade Centre Wales and I have to be fair it's been great still got it done 25000 miles in it runs like a watch get it serviced by main dealer every year really happy

My daughter had a car from The Trade Centre Wales in Neath, they were like flies after ****, once they got your signature, that was that. just after the 14 day warranty, the car had problems, battery, electrical faults, when I phoned them they passed the buck to at least 6 people, so I'm telling everyone who wants advice. NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FOM TRADE CENTRE WALES.

Overall service at The Trade Centre Wales (Neath) was very good took a while but got there in the end.

I went to neath trade centre wales at the weekend, after speaking with cancan car finance, who had assured me I'd been accepted. What they failed to mention was an 31%apr. Literally all the cars in the showroom were out of my price range. I was taken our the back and shown a car that was being used by one of the sales reps. It was dirty and looked like it could have belonged to anyone. I declined. I saw a small chevrolet and asked about that. Before I knew it I was signing papers. I asked if I could test drive it. Only to be told after the deal was done. I then went into another room(on the raw conveyor) and had someone try and sell me warranty. I kept saying I wasn't interested. To which he replied 'well are you sure you can afford to pay to fix it!" Also when we entered the room I was online checking a quote for insurance and told him this. When he was going on and on about the warranty, I asked well how much is it, you haven't told me. He responded with 'well you've been on that thing therr" rude and arrogant. He then preceded to take £50 Of me even though I was told no cash payable. Fortunately!!! The lender didn't finance chevrolet. (Thank you guardian angel!) To which I had 2 sales men trying to force me to buy another car which I didn't want and like.i kept saying I just want to walk away.. the response eye contact between them that said. 'We can't let her go back to the original car out back.. by this time I'd been there 3 hrs. I was emotionally shattered and wanted to get home. I think I said ok just to quieten them. Back into their 'waiting area ' another advisor. Only to see they wanted 9000 for a 4250 car. Again I refused. I want to walk away. Let me see what else we can do. Again more waiting. Finally they let me go. I don't know if because I was a female on my own I was more vulnerable. But I felt exploited and I still don't have my £50 Back!! I have since used 247finance. Who got me my dream car in a matter of phone calls. A term 2 years shorter and £20 less a month. For the same price! Unbelievable. It was a hideous experience. Don't advise going to TSW.

The Trade Centre Wales in Neath are appalling. They have not heard the last from me as all their actions have been reported to the police and trading standards. Read all negative rules and believe. Please,please do NOT buy from them.
