Brought my first car here and never again would i use this joke of a company. Today ive had to my pay out £400 for my car to be unclamped, this is due to Trade Center Wales NOT SENDING OFF new owner ships documents!! I paid my first year road tax direct debit but when my road tax was due for the second year it couldn't be renewed as DVLA had no record of me or my address! (DVLA couldn't let me know I needed to renew or to continue with my original direct debit). This is down to Trade Centre Wales!!!! Its my first car and had nothing but problems with Trade Centre Wales right from day one wish i never went there!! Please be aware 4-6 weeks after you buy a car you should have a new long book and owner ships papers! I wasn't aware of this and its cost me a lot of money!!

I write this at considerable risk to myself as TCW has threatened to take legal action against me because I said I would use every legal method to warn people about the way they act. I do not believe they want people to find out about the fact they don't think disabled people have rights under the equalities act unless you actually purchase a vehicle. . I don't think they want you to find out that ALLAH and JESUS could be considered SWEAR WORDS. I spoke to their complaints manager and had a frankly bizarre conversation with him. He told me that refusals to make reasonable adjustments were 'the way of the world'. He honestly told me that Allah and Jesus could be considered swearwords. I have recordings of calls from TCW themselves to prove this. Ask your Imam or Priest if they think that would ever be the case and please get them to contact TCW. We had a meeting to try and sort it out the issues but they then without my knowledge or consent recorded the meeting in breach of GDPR. The meeting seemed to be just pressure on me as a disabled person to try and get me to drop the complaint. Their Legal Director told me that they didn't have to make reasonable adjustments for my disabilities under the equalities act. According to the Equalities Commission that's not true, they have an anticipatory requirement under the law. Yet I had this legally qualified person using their position, I believe, to deliberately take advantage of me and pressure me. When I asked for a copy of that recording under a DSAR they initially agreed but then they deleted it rather than let me have a copy. If it seems suspicious to you I felt the same way. According to the Information commissioner this was in breach I am told of section 173 of GDPR. I mention all of these laws but they don't seem to matter to TCW. When I went into their Neath Office I had one of their staff approach me aggressively and even though I asked him several times to to leave and eventually to walk away he said 'NO I'm doing my job'. That's the point though isn't it. It seems like these sorts of tactics are what they do day in day out. In my opinion they have tried throughout to take advantage of me and my disabilities to get rid of me. If they do sue me I'll keep you all updated but buyer beware. When things go wrong with this company they go badly wrong and I honestly believe they use their position to put pressure on you and are not above intimidating you and telling you things that are frankly outright lies to get rid of you. Trust me they're not worth the risk, go elsewhere

Had a 2 year old car from The Trade Centre Wales went into complete engine failure took 18 months and help from financial obudsman to get the car returned and finance cancelled at a loss to ourselves.

I purchased a car from them one month ago, however, due to a sickness I have to sell the car. This morning a dealer arrived to buy and assess the car and showed me significant bodywork issues that I was unaware of and which will cause problems soon. Having already accepted that I will have to suffer a lose of nearly £4000, I'm now likey to have to accept a lose of in excess of £6000 in one month. The Trade Centre Wales response was that they are deeply concerned but sod off. They are also not a member of ANY complaint resolution organisation. STAY AWAY from The Trade Centre Wales like I should have done!

just been to the trade centre wales and iv"e had my eyes opened i have a 63 fiesta which i think would sell on the forecourt for maybe £5500 they were selling one for £9999. stay away.
