Got to say there a lot of negative feedback. But I like to say we were in a predicament with our engine going on car no fault of ours or trade center. But went to see we're we stood with the 2 years left and have to say wow so accommodating from start to finish gavin Powell was a absolute gem a credit to trade center and Tom the young salesman was new and helped us amazingly a future star there from gavin to Tom and to all the staff from start to finish thank you guys this is why we have always used trade center neath. Defo be back cheers Neil and annemarie
Purchased a car with my wife on 30th Jan. Engine light and limp mode on our journey home. RAC came next morning to return the car to Trade Centre. Other faults such as blown headlight (which can be excused) and no gas in a/c which definitely invalidates the 99 point check that two members of staff read through with us. Throttle pedal needs replacing. The dpf filter completely blocked.. We wrote a letter of rejection with evidence of our findings and sent recorded delivery. Trade centre have refused to accept this (not even sure they legally can) in their reply they have accepted no responsibility for any of the faults. For all this to happen within 30 miles is nothing short of a miracle (not of the good kind) We were offered a courtesy car nearly a week later. Made the journey to Abercynon to collect the courtesy and it wasnt even ready, had to wait in the car park for an hour. Few days later courtesy car gets a puncture (no spare on the vehicle). RAC tells us the vehicle has no breakdown cover, Trade Centre tell us we'll have to have it recovered ourselves and pay for a new tyre. Finally get the RAC out who take us to a garage where we pay for a new tyre. As for the car we originally purchased Trade Centre dont know when it will be fixed, alledegly they received wrong parts and dont know when new parts will arrive, then the customer care team dont know when it will be booked in! Feel very fobbed off. Definitely the worst experience of our lives so far. Nearly two weeks now and it has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. After this I wouldn't even trust them with a wheelbarrow. This company has no values. Good honest people would of took the vehicle back and apologised. Unethical is an understatement. Reading the reviews it's clear to see we are not alone. Just wish I had read them before going there for a car.

Absolutely shocking service I was warned before hand not to buy a car from here as they come with lots of problems wish I had listed now within ten minutes of driving the car away on a very empty tank I had no heating in the vehicle the expansion tank was empty and overheating they recovered my vehicle and had it for over a week to change a thermostat and housing couldn't get the hose part right then went out to get another hose and didn't get that part right then rang and said I probably won't get it until after the weekend got a disabled child in the house haven't left here for a week asked for a callback from the area manager but nothing apparently they where both away AGAIN convenient only upside is the lady's that work there tried there best to get things sorted for me so praise to them 😠
I purchased a Seat Ibiza from Trade Centre Wales Cardiff on the 28th August. It was to replace the lease car that I had which was due to go back at the end of October and as a result the Seat was not going to be used a lot until then. While the buying process did seem a little excessive having to move several times to different people, but it was relatively straight forward. I had been assured that the car had been thoroughly checked over but I had twenty eight days to bring it back if there were any problems. I took my car to my local garage to find that there were several faults including a leaking shock absorber, the driver’s seat belt would not recoil, the brakes were sticking and it needed a new back box on the exhaust. I phoned Trade Centre Wales and they arranged a date in the middle of September, it was all easily organised. When I took my car in for repair I was told that it may be there for two days in order to get the parts, but I was kept informed of the progress with regular calls. The car that I have is a model with a detachable satellite navigation system which has a mounting point on the dash board. I used the Sat Nav to find the location of the garage workshops and then removed it placing it in the glove box. The car was two days in the garage and as I said I was kept up to date with the progress. I picked the car up all the repairs had been carried out and I thought everything was good. The car was hardly used for the next three weeks spending most of its time parked on my drive. On the return of my lease car I set about getting the Ibiza ready for regular use, I put everything I would need into the car but realised that my Satellite Navigation system was missing. The last time it was used was to go to Trade Centre Wales garage, placing it in the glove box and then not using it again. I did check everywhere for it but with no luck. I can only conclude that it was removed from my car by someone while at Trade Centre Wales. I did inform the garage but unfortunately it was some weeks later and realistically had no chance of satisfactory outcome. I did have a response from TCW saying that there was no reason for the Sat Nav to be removed. I’m guessing I am unlikely to buy another car from Trade Centre Wales in the future and my advice to anyone purchasing a car from them is, to take the car to your local garage straight away for a check over and if having to take your car back remove all valuable items from the car. While I am not looking for a response from TCW, if they do I hope it is not a generic response that is often used, but perhaps something directly concerning the individuals particular concern, this would be much more appreciated.

Had a phone call for a meeting. Turned up. Got offered next to nothing for existing car. After an hour decided to leave it. Didn’t even get a hand shake or a thank you when leaving. Men sulking because they didn’t get a sale!! Stinking attitude from the Trade Centre Wales.
Bought a car from The Trade Centre Wales, had fault come up on way home, took to independent garage for check and was advised not to drive as had major fault with auto box, after sales are a joke and rude even claiming vauxhall was in correct with there findings. Buyer beware if you are after hassle.

I purchased a 2015 Peugeot 2008 from them and soon discovered that the 99 point safety vehicle inspection that they said they had carried out on the vehicle before purchase was a lie I quickly found out when I asked trade centre Wales to rectify the faults found which contradicted the safety inspection how disrespectful and how they do not care to help you as they just kept refering me to claim off the Rac extended platinum warranty they sold me. I contacted the warranty company who refused to process any claim for repairs as the faults were found to pre-existing to point off purchase of the warranty which evidently I purchased this warranty from trade centre Wales at the exact same time I purchased the car from them. Eventually I had my fault rectified by trade centre Wales but this was not without a fight with them. The repairs were not carried out as they stated they would but got done. A couple of weeks later I discovered another fault which again contradicted the safety check they said they carried out before point of sale. But to my horror this fault was minor but trade centre Wales again refused to fix it and again pushed me to my extended warranty to make a claim who again they refused they claim as again this fault was deemed as per existing to point of sale and pointed me towards the mot history of the vehicle which I discovered to my horror that for the first six months of ownership of the vehicle my vehicle not was classes as no mot which voided my vehicle insurance and had put our family at serious risks of police prosecution and if I had an accident and needed to make a claim from my insurance company I would not have been successful. Please avoid this company and use a trusted company to purchase your next vehicle from. I eventually was able to return the vehicle but only because I got the financial ombudsman involved who ruled the car was not fit for purpose at point of sale.
Bought a car from The Trade Centre Wales a year ago, £1000 in repairs, 3 cracked catalytic converters later and the car now needs a new engine. This car is only used for work and even the mechanic said these issues have been there since before we bought it. Please don't buy from them, it will break your heart
