4 stars only because I had to take the car back the day after, as it had some water in the car but they were happy to get it in and sorted, it's been great since. The car has been running fine, and I'm happy with the car. The staff really made the experience a good one. I felt completely comfortable in the dealership and it would have been 5 stars if I didn't have to bring it back the day after. Otherwise, everything went okay.

Really happy with my experience – the car is perfect. The staff left us alone to browse and only stepped in when we had questions, which was a big improvement from how things used to be. No pressure at all. They even offered a test drive. I’ve been there a few times before but hadn’t bought a car in years, and this time I needed one on the spot, which they were happy to help with. I can’t remember the salesman’s name, but he was really nice to deal with.

4, what I couldn't understand was I was paying 10 thousand pounds for a car but I had to pay 60p for a coffee. Why couldn't a free beverage be offered being that it is tax deductable?
