Unprofessional staff, they try to force you into purchasing cars which are over 20% the average value on each vehicle they sell. They undervalue cars when you try to part exchange. I had the impression that they were snotty and arrogant during my time their, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Absolutely ignorant staff. Man who offered help I don't know his name as he didn't introduced himself, Was pushing a sale with absolutely horrible and annoying attitude.I had a feeling like he is laughing on my needs. Never will be back there.

I visited Trade Centre last weekend to look at cars... I needed a new car and needed it fast. Not knowing what I wanted, Tom the salesman helped me find something within budget, that ticked all the boxes. The whole experience from start to finish was really professional and efficient... Every staff member I saw in the process went above and beyond being helpful... And I'm so happy with the car!! Thank you :)

I part exchanged my car, which I got a fair price for and a little bit of money taken off from the purchase of the new car. I had to have finance, which the service was great. A bit of waiting around for things to get sorted, but staff very helpful and friendly. Explained things in detail and clearly which really helped. It was nice to know that the Citroen C4 Picasso had a thorough check before we drove it away. Car was very clean when we took it away and everything was working as it should be. It was my first time purchasing a car from the trade centre wales neath and I was very happy with how smoothly the process was and am very happy with my new family car.
