I can only speak as I find we bought our kia sportage from here great customer service, lovely car we even had headphones delivered to our home a few days later as we didn't even notice they were missing. Looking to buy off you again tomorrow

BOUGHT CAR HERE AND BROKE DOWN AFTER A WEEK SO TOOK FOR A RAC INSPECTION AND WAS INFORMED THAT MILLAGE WAS WRONG BY NEARLY 30000 MILES.

I viewed a car there. Even I could see it was in need of work and the guy tried to kid me it was fine. I bought the exact same model in much better shape for a bit less money elsewhere.

6 hour wait for a car. Many staff not wearing masks. Many customers not wearing masks Inside ( obviously seeing the staff not wearing them sets a bad example) Social distancing none existent. Very poor for first day reopening

Came here in September due to seeing a Ford Focus 16 plate for £3999, what a surprise when we get there no such prices. Drive away in an hour is a lie also. Appointment 6.15 didn’t leave until gone 9pm. On way home tyre pressure light came on, no problem but not expected, around 20 or so days later head gasket gone. They just made every thing long. Made it very clear multiple times I wanted to reject the car but they just brushed it off and made me sign a form which I thought was for me to hand over the car but turns out it was a repair form, then they said would not uphold the rejection due to me signing this. They are very sneaky. Just so glad it was on finance with black horse. I have managed to reject the car and get my money back.

DO NOT BUY HERE. The cars are expensive, the sales team prey on people and BULLY you into buying a car. I’ve had nothing but problems with my car. I will never buy from here again!!!

Would award a 0 if possible. From the time we arrived, the sales person followed us around like a bad smell and was very pushy. This should have raised big red flags for us but unfortunately, with a newborn in tow and needing a new car, it didn't. We agreed on the car and cleared finance with no issue but it was far from the 'drive away in under an hour' that they advertised. Once all signed for and tax sorted, they announced they could only find one key (which was out of battery) and no service book. Again, alarm bells should have rung but at gone 9pm we agreed to return the next day for a new battery and in the hope that they found the missing key. So that's what we did and drove away old school style using the key rather key card. Returned next day where they had found the missing key (complete with dog teeth chew marks) but still no service book. Fast forward a few weeks where we needed a new coil pack...then another...and another. TCW just didn't want to know. 2 years and about 10 coil packs (plus other issues) later, the car starts cutting out every time I break. TCW still ignore us so we involve the finance company who fail to get response from TCW. Tried contacting them again to be ignored BUT they have the audacity to invite us to their VIP event! After yet another large bill and 5 coil packs, we take the hit and pay off the finance in order to get rid of the car. Went to Motorpoint and our experience couldn't have been any further from the one received in TCW. Moral of the story, avoid TCW at all costs as they will take your money and not give a damn once they've got your signature on the paperwork. Would not recommend to anyone, not even to my worst enemy!!!
