Purchased from The Trade Centre Neath and a day later the service light came on. I took it back and they managed to get it resolved there and then. Alongside the easy sales process and the vehicle driving fine I am happy overall. It would be a 5 but I had to chase for an update when it was ready to collect.

This is the second car I've bought from the Trade Centre and each time it has been great service from everyone involved. Since collection everything has been great with the car.

We have had 3 cars from them so far - it has been a great experience every time. I haven't done many miles in the car so far but it's lovely to drive we're enjoying it. I'd give them 4 stars, but only because If you are taking the car on the same day it is a good couple of hours wait. In all fairness to them they were getting us drinks and looking after us whilst we waited, though.

Great service, very helpful staff, will use again when my next grandchild needs a car.

I dealt with Wayne who was really good - he gave us plenty of time to look around and make my own mind up without any pressure. We've only really been to work and back so far but we are enjoying the car. If there's one negative, the car had a lot of coloring stuff and toys under the back seats so we aren't sure if it was valeted. I'd give them 5 stars and I would go back again in the future if I need another car.
