So far so good with my Ford Fiesta Zetec. I reckon I've done 200 miles in it at the moment and haven't had any issues, everything seems to be working fine. I wasn't able to take the car home on the same day, but I arranged to get it the following day. The car was well prepared and had been cleaned.

5 star experience while I was purchasing my car. The customer service from the salesman that looked after me was good. I felt all of the paperwork was clearly explained. I did notice that the car didn't come with a spare tyre but everything else with the car is okay.

Since getting my Vauxhall Mokka back it's been brilliant. All of the issues seem to have been sorted. 4 out of 5.

I've been to The Trade Centre a couple of times and in the past I've always felt like the salesman would try and sell me a car but this time at the Neath branch, I felt that I could walk around without anyone approaching me, and when I was ready to ask someone a question they were available. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I didn't want the add on for the wheel protection, and I thought nothing else of it, but when I signed the paperwork I noticed that it had been added, which then was to late. Everything else with the sale was good, other than that.

I don't know a lot about cars my Mrs is really enjoying the car, it's going well. There's a couple things that I need to follow up on like if the Kia comes with 7 years warranty as standard and I need to find out when the next MOT is due. But this is my second time getting a car from The Trade Centre Wales (Neath) as I got a Fiat in 2012 and since the dealership is 10 minuets down the road, I was happy to go back. The team are very professional and I'm happy to rate them 5 stars.

Customer service from the dealership was all good and I've not had any issues with my Volkswagen Golf for the time I've had it. 5 stars

I wouldn't change anything about my recent visit to The Trade Centre Wales (Neath). This is my first time owning a Hyundai Tucson, and the team were a great help in answering my questions about the vehicle. I was also able to drive away on the same day, which was great.

Staff were amazing. No pressure to buy. Excellent choice of vehicles all very well presented. Would highly recommend.
