The experience was fine. They're a big dealership so everyone has heard of them they're everywhere! I can't think of anything they could have improved on it was a perfect experience.

I have to say they were all lovely to deal with, they explained everything really well, they really took their time with me. I saw them on the TV and went up to Neath, travelling about 2 hours to get there and it was worth it. I can't praise them enough, they're really nice.

Fair play to the guys at TTC because they weren't pushy like they used to be. I had 3 people looking after me on the day and all of them were very helpful. My Ford Focus has been a lovely car and touchwood it stays like that.

So far so good with my Ford Fiesta Zetec. I reckon I've done 200 miles in it at the moment and haven't had any issues, everything seems to be working fine. I wasn't able to take the car home on the same day, but I arranged to get it the following day. The car was well prepared and had been cleaned.

5 star experience while I was purchasing my car. The customer service from the salesman that looked after me was good. I felt all of the paperwork was clearly explained. I did notice that the car didn't come with a spare tyre but everything else with the car is okay.

Since getting my Vauxhall Mokka back it's been brilliant. All of the issues seem to have been sorted. 4 out of 5.

I've been to The Trade Centre a couple of times and in the past I've always felt like the salesman would try and sell me a car but this time at the Neath branch, I felt that I could walk around without anyone approaching me, and when I was ready to ask someone a question they were available. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I didn't want the add on for the wheel protection, and I thought nothing else of it, but when I signed the paperwork I noticed that it had been added, which then was to late. Everything else with the sale was good, other than that.
