First time going here, no complaints, everything went as it should I am happy with the vehicle I got an based from this experience I would definitely consider using them again.

Could not be happier with the service I received. It was fabulous. I originally wanted to take the car home the same day but had to come back the following day, not the fault of The Trade Centre. The finance company needed to carry out some extra checks but their phone lines had closed by the time I was ready to take the car. I returned the next day and Peter the manager kindly offered to pay for my taxi back up. I ended up taking the train instead and he immediately refunded the cost from his own pocket, as there would have been a delay for it to be processed. I believe he did not get the money back himself for three days but he wanted to make sure I had it straight away, which he did not have to do. I am so grateful for this level of customer care. The car itself is great. I am very pleased with it and have not had any issues. I have been using it here and there and it drives beautifully. I would highly recommend The Trade Centre. It is clear that they genuinely care about their customers and the overall experience.

This was the first time I had used a Trade Centre dealership, and overall my experience was really good. I didn't take their part-exchange offer as I felt it was a bit low, however everything else was great. The staff were lovely and the car I chose has had no issues. When I picked it up, it had been cleaned and prepared for me, which was appreciated.

Happy with my new car and happy with the service I received.

I would give a rating of 4. This is because there was a lot waiting around, due a promotion that was on when we purchased. After care was good and issues with the car were dealt with in a timely manner.

Purchased from the Trade Centre at Neath and the car is fine, driving okay. The customer service was also fine. 5 out of 5.

Quick and easy sales process with the Trade Centre. There were some issues with trying to get a same day drive away but overall they were great and made it work for us.

2 days after having the car I had to call AA due to a battery fault, whilst not ideal situation I contacted TCW and was spoke to with the utmost respect & told to bring the car back down, battery was changed within the hour. I could not have asked for better customer service.

Our new car from The Trade Centre is okay, apart from an issue with a loose trim which is being dealt with. Good customer service as well when buying the vehicle, so I would look to go back again.
