I have sent several emails via the address given in their listings on Auto Trader, via Auto Trader's own system and via their contact form on their own site. I have called several times a day on the numbers given on their website (the mobile number 07497612522 is out of service) and am yet to speak with them. I am a cash customer who is interested in a couple of their cars but I work over 2 hours away from them, so don't want a wasted journey. Especially as many of the reviews here say the cars aren't there when you get there.

After 7 unsuccessful calls my call was answered, to be told that he will call me back in 5 minutes. Thats been and gone and still waiting. What car dealership doesn't reply to sales enquiries? It may not speak directly of the cars conditions but speaks of there business skills. Well done Trade Centre thats 2k cash sale lost for yourselves! Dont use these if you want a car anytime quickly!

Absolute farce of a business you ring and they don't answer or they hang up, don't reply to emails what is the point in advertising cars??? Complete time wasters.

I don't think they are interested in selling anything to anyone just wasting time. I applied for finance on a very nice and clean car they phoned me back the next day while I was at work I answered and explained that I wanted the car but could thay call me back later in the day when I had finished the women who I spoke said i will only take 5 minutes to complete the application I calmly and politely said for the second time I can't as I'm at work but am more then happy to complete the application if they call me back she finally agreed getting very short with me about a time to call back. We agreed on 5 that evening that was a week ago I have heard nothing iv tried called there office countless times and have even applied to there website for a second time. Clearly they are not interested in how they are viewed by customers. After my own experience and the reviews left by others if stay well away.

Don't think, like I did, that these reviews were written perhaps by disgruntled people with axes to grind. I ignored them as I thought the range of cars would be worth me looking at, and how bad could it be really? Couldn't reach them by phone, on any number, but I wanted to buy one of their cars! I drove over an hour to get there... Loads of cars in a tiny forecourt, couldn't see any I was interested in, but was expecting to travel to their other site... The two guys there were less than interested. Phones were ringing, ignored. Both told me 'oh, it's too busy we don't answer those.' I enquired about the car I was most interested in, 'oh that's definitely sold. Would you like a completely different car for considerably more money?' They asked about my budget, said they didn't have for me. I asked about the cars at another site, they wrote down a postcode but couldn't give me ANY information about what cars I'd find there, just that the one I liked wasn't there. Not sure what the priority is at Trade Centre Warrington, but it's definitely not customer service. And I did not see anything which might have indicated it was selling cars, either...

I came to this dealership in September and found it to be very useful and helpful... since it being took over or a new director its just gone downhill... the service is awful to car states where terrible.. i would not recommend to anyone if I had went with my gut insinct id very something very dodgy was going on... I see the guy replying to issues but its going more downhill wouldnt surprise me if it closed in time used to run one myself and eventually it never works... Heard alot of bad things about this place since the new takeover.

I've been looking at several vehicles over the last few months through the Warrington Trade Centre and on numerous times I cannot either find the vehicle advertised at either the Warrington or Northwich site. Calling on the phone is not much better, been given the runaround the vehicle has been sold is a common one, another one is the vehicle is at the MOT station.... and they don't like you being on the phone long. I remember looking at a car at the Northwich branch one day where the door pockets were fill (yes full) of rainwater... Why do they seen to have so many broken cars? Seeing the reviews here I don't think I will be giving what small budget I have to the Warrington Trade Centre, and I'm very pleased to have found this site.

I rang trade centre about a car, was told to ring another number, which I rang with no answer, tried several times, no answer, rang back the first number, got the answer machine, left a message, no one got back to me, i have 5000g cash, they can forget it, i will give my money to someone else.

I am trying to contact this dealer to establish if a certain car is still for sale. As of today, I have made 16 phone calls, left 2 voice messages, sent one email and one text message - no response from the dealer!!! I am a cash buyer who needs to buy a car asap. These people are absolutely clueless about running a car dealership in a professional manner.
