Really disappointed with Daniel TDC do not buy cars here, I purchased a low mileage Land Rover and it was sold as great condition no faults and full service history, problems started as soon as I drove it away, coolant low warning illuminated and Daniel said its and oversight just top it up should only be a capful, this was in fact a coolant leak that has required me to continually top up and seek repair, next was a terrible oil leak no history or record of any work on the car but when taken to landrover I was advised work had been done poorly to the timing belts and cover and this was in fact leaking badly and covered in poorly applied silicone! Have been calling and messaging Daniel and TDC and have been completely ignored am now looking towards legal proceedings as car was 20k and not fit for purpose. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER VERY VERY POOR STANDARDS.

I tried my best to give Daniel benefit of doubt BUT sadly his aftersales customer service and communication are appalling. I communicated with Trade Direct due to suspension issue; which was there from the first week I got the car but since I had the car booked for a service, I thought I would ask the garage to look at it prior to letting Daniel know what was the issue. Garage diagnosed 5 out of the 8 suspension arms need changing. I got 3 quotes from 3 different garages and sent them to Daniel. Since he was away, he asked me to contact Neil. Neil is a bully and nasty person. I hope I never communicate with him again. I left a negative feedback following my communication with Neil (which I removed two days later hoping that Daniel would be more sensible). Daniel spent some time on Google searching for my details and blackmailed me to leave a negative review even though he never used my services. Seriously? He suggested I bring the car back to them to look at the issue (even though I am 2 hours away) which I would have done, but he never answers. I even suggested to him I can get the car fix locally and send him the faulty arms to he refund me as per his mechanic/ trade labour and parts cost. BUT again he never answers. He used every single excuse to avoid answering calls: on leave, Jet lag, out with family, blood taken, driving. They keep telling me it is a 7 year old car and to expect issues. I do understand and expect what a 7 year old (£26k) car is. I have already fixed a dent, scratches. I feel sorry for these guys. What a miserable ethics/ attitude they have. In summary: if they have a car you like, get it checked thoroughly and consider it as a private sale. Don’t expect any aftersales service and you hope you never communicate with them again.

Danial was excellent, great service start to finish. Helped through all the HP paperwork, Tax and Registration too. Complete service all round.

Would not recommend this car dealer. Really upsetting experience buying a car from Daniel. Left thinking I had a high spec mint condition Nissan Duke runs like a dream. ( stated on advert ) To be fooled with a car that had… Worn out rusted back breaks, no longer working Blown speakers Back door handles stiff Beeping nose Air con broken, blows hot air. Was told I could bring the car back after 27 days of constant communication and hassle coming back to Essex to try and get issues fixed. Left with rude insulting behaviour. No refund was given breaking Sales of good law act. Truly gutted, first time I saved up money to buy what I hoped was a decent safe car from a dealer for our new born baby and family to be in. Now left with a big bill to pay out. A good trusted car dealer sells car that are safe and run well. On top of treating their customers with respect and professionalism. I feel totally scammed.
