Dear Daniel. From the moment I saw my new car and met you, your customer care was exceptional. My car was in pristine condition and you were so lovely with my little boy and the attention you paid in wiping the windows after the convertible top came off was testament to your customer care. Your after sales care has been superb. You’ve been incredibly patient with me. I will definitely contact you when I’m ready for another new car and I will recommend you whenever I can. Hi Daniel.I would like to thank you for all your help on me purchasing my convertible from you ,and the way you responded to help with problem I had with windows. You told me that I could take to my local Audi specialist and ask them to look at it. They checked the car found the problem, they then phoned you direct and told you problem, your response was to get the car fixed and do what ever needed to be done, the car was booked in and fixed,the bill was sent to you which you paid immediately ,A TRUE GENTLEMAN. Would not hesitate to purchase another car from. Thank you again IVOR WARN.

Would not recommend this car dealer. Really upsetting experience buying a car from Daniel.
Left thinking I had a high spec mint condition Nissan Duke runs like a dream. ( stated on advert )
To be fooled with a car that had…
Worn out rusted back breaks, no longer working
Blown speakers
Back door handles stiff
Beeping nose
Air con broken, blows hot air.
Was told I could bring the car back after 27 days of constant communication and hassle coming back to Essex to try and get issues fixed.
Left with rude insulting behaviour.
No refund was given breaking
Sales of good law act.
Truly gutted, first time I saved up money to buy what I hoped was a decent safe car from a dealer for our new born baby and family to be in.
Now left with a big bill to pay out.
A good trusted car dealer sells car that are safe and run well.
On top of treating their customers with respect and professionalism.
I feel totally scammed.

A little disappointed to receive this review, yes you had a few issues sadly however we fixed them,then you called again about your air conditioning after 30 days and to save you the hassle of coming back to essex I transferred you £700 to fix this which I think is more than fair, you say I was rude this is not true I merely reacted to the disgusting way in which you spoke to me even though all I wanted to do was fix your car for you, at first I said bring it back and I will fix but for some reason you didn’t believe I would do this and didn’t even want me to try, you bought a 8 year old car that sadly had some things wrong that we didn’t know about at point if sale and I have since paid to put right.

I bought a 2009 Volvo from Daniel and I have to say the after care service was BETTER than I would have received from a main dealership. He is professional and courteous and rectified any issues without complaint and provided a loan car. Excellent service and I highly recommend Trade Direct Cars Essex.

Recently purchased a 2008 Jaguar X Type 2.2 Sovereign from Daniel at Trade Direct Cars Essex and was blown away by the level of customer service I received. On driving home with my new car an unexpected warning light came on to which I responded with a call to Daniel. He immediately reassured me that should the fault persist he would take the car back and rectify it. He was as good as his word and after extensive diagnostic checks found the problem and cured it at no cost!

The dealer at Trade Cars Direct was a nice bloke, really laid back and easy to deal with. I expressed my interest in the car and he agreed to hold it for me whilst I arranged finance, he sorted everything out and got the deal done.
