Poor after service at Trade Link Cars! I had only owned my Nissan 350z for a week and had problems. The battery not holding a charge and also cracked and broken fibreglass low end bumper. I have called them twice now to be told I would get a call back and never did ! However I do love this car and its a keeper but its just a shame that the quality of service with these people is poor. I am now having to pay out of my own pocket to get these 2 things sorted. Of course Trade Link are not bothered now they have my money. So people you have been warned, look at the other negative reviews on the net !

Bought my BMW 1-Series Coupe M-Sport on Friday 6/1/17 and extremely pleased with it and the service received. All I can say is, not every transaction is perfect in life and used cars can be risky. So, to mitigate the risk I spoke to Greg then followed up with an email asking approx 10 questions which Phil called back and answered everything before I put a (refundable) deposit down. The car is perfect and very pleased. Based on my experience I would recommend them and I will also check them out again in a few years time for my next car.

I purchased a 350z from this dealer. I have purchased many cars over the years, but this was the worst experience I have ever had buying one. They put a different body kit on the car from what they promised, meaning it would not pass MOT. It took 110 emails, 11 months, and countless court threats to get them to replace the bumper with one that met the description. The one that finally arrived still needed further work done out of my own pocket as they had done the work incorrectly. Infuriating to deal with as they just ignore emails consistently. Please Google 'Tradelink car dealer review' to see even more negative reviews about these guys. I am not the only one who has threatened them with court action. It seems that those who have rated them positively have only done so because just by chance the car they bought had no issues.

I am a little late reviewing my purchase here but i'll say now that this is not a garage to buy from. In June 2015 i bought a 2004 350Z from these guys. I paid 7K for the car out my own pocket. It spent alot of time in the garage. in the three months i owned it, it had nothing but problems and i have to drive 140 miles each way just to get it fixed - paying for my own transport there and back. Faults: Engine Management light kept coming on Off side lights did not work Fans were faulty T/C kept was lethal i'll come to this later The front bumper was off another car and would have failed the MOT as it did not have the Projector light washer attached. Car would completely cut out while driving - absolutely dead. On my second visit to them it was to have the bulk of the work done. They replaced the bumper - i lost my carbon front splitter... My headlight was replaced - however instead of replacing both or re- tinting them i was handed it back with one tinted light and one clear - it looked awful. I inspected the bumper before setting off only to fin it was hanging off!! The mechanic came out and literally put garden screws into it to hold it to the wing - i was shocked! I was told the cutting out could not be diagnosed. Unfortunately i was off to Europe the very next day otherwise i would of returned the car there and then and got my money back. Two days after getting back the car suffers a catastrophic power failure at 40 mph on a broad bend which resulted in a severe road accident for which i am still having treatment for. I was in and out of hospital for two months because of this car. Once i'm fully recovered my legal team will be looking into this further. I've owned a long list of performance cars and bought privately, at local garages and main dealers but these guys don't care, they just want your money and the repair garage they use is filled with absolute monkeys. Whenever This business shows up on the Club threads i advise my fellow owners to avoid avoid avoid!

I have been buying cars from Greg and his team for 5 years and every car has been fully serviced in pristine condition and I must say they are very knowledgable and courteous to me and to anyone I have recommended. I recently brought a Range Rover and on receipt of the 4x4 it was exactly as advertised .The guys put a full 12 months ticket on and had it fully serviced. I would recommend TRADE LINK CARS to anyone and do frequently.Dont take my word for it go down and see Greg and the Team and test drive the car of your dreams. You will walk away with it TRUST ME.

Been in contact via email with Greg in regards to an Integra DC5 for sale, it takes him ages to respond. He never replied to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th email asking a simple question for a copy of the import documentation. I did notice during that time that the car dropped over £500 which did seem a bit shady. After checking a week later, the car is no longer for sale. The guy didn't have the decency to tell me that and potentially recommend another car they had for sale like a typical salesman. Everything seems slightly shady, so I would avoid this dealer for your own good. There is awful reviews on other pages of this company, this just confirmed it for me. If in doubt regarding my review, please contact me for evidence of emails with this guy.

I really liked a car that he was selling but because I was hesitated he sold the car.. I was upset at the time but fair play to them they sold it before I could confirm.. They aren't a dealership they are a one man band (that are obviously very busy) my lose!! But they found me the perfect car for me.. I'm so happy. If you see something you like then go for it, hesitate and it wasn't meant to be yours X

i wish i had read these reviews beforehand, would of saved myself and the dealership time.... well i brought a range rover sport 4.2 supercharged petrol, that was gas converted. on the ad they they made it clear that all their cars are pristine and exellent condition. The car did look very nice inside and out ill give them that.. spent near enough 11 grand on it, and travelled over 100 miles to get it. when we drove away, before we even got on the motorway, we noticed a wobble when you braked, especially coming down from high speeds which felt very unsafe at that point. we called back immediately.when we spoke to one of the guys there, he said he never felt any wobble and asked us how fast we were going. we said just over 70mph. he then replied that he has only driven the car around town, and has not driven the car that fast, lol. i dont know who sells a 4.2l car and doesnt test drive it over 70mph, and i would not buy a car with such a big engine if i indented to drive up 70mph all the time. however, as it was under warranty he said it could be repaired if we brought it back another day, which was fine by me. THEN THE GAS SYSTEM STARTED TO CUT OUT. one of the main reasons why i brought the car. he suggested that it was because i was flat footing the gas making it cut out. when a took it to a lpg garage, oddly enough the mechanic had the exsact same car as mine. when he flatfooted his, no problems! and, when trying to adjust the side mirror only one worked. when we went to open the boot, the tailgate didnt open. we sent them a list of all the things that were wrong and brought the car back to them, this wasnt till we had to ask them for petrol money to drive back btw....althought yes, they gave us the money so ill give them that too....when we came to pick up the car, the only thing that was was working was the tailgate. (sigh). when we told him these things he gave us the impression that he was annoyed that we were calling him and informed us that all he knows is that he took it to the mechanic and they said it had been fixed, lol. a day or 2 later, i noticed the car squeeking alot especially over bumps/dips. when we took it to a mechanic the said all the bushes were gone. well it was the end from there for me. yes it was under warranty it could of got fixed, but by what had happened so far, i knew it would be a long drawn out process, and i had that feeling that car was just keep on giving me headache. i know when you buy a second hand car that it can have problems, but when u advertise your cars like they are in tip top condition, and someoine pays you near 11 grand for a car, u dont expect to drive out of the showroom with instant problems. i didnt get to enjoy that car at all. not good enough for me.
