Took my car into Sytner BMW in Swansea several months ago and advised them the slip ring cluster on the steering column was faulty as my horn was working intermittently. They charged me £200 pounds to install 2 new horns. The horn was the same. Not working correctly. Took the car in for a service this week and advised them about the horn. Their response. The slip ring cluster switch is faulty but we can repair for £575. You know what the response was. Never again back to this lot.

I had purchased a used approved vehicle from the now Synter BMW of Swansea a few months back. After having the car for a few weeks some issues had appeared which is typical of a used car. Being under warranty during my visit to the service team, all these issues where accepted and rectified under warranty without the term "wear and tear" being brought up. Paul delt with the body shop issues, working around my busy schedule they where able to fix the car and get it back to me right away.

Shockingly poor customer services from Trainer BMW, having to constantly chase them for a response and told that someone will contact me back but nobody ever does. A very poor service level and just a general blasé attitude to customers. I had put down a deposit and had already arranged finance on the vehicle but have now cancelled due to the awful experience I've had with them and instead will go to a dealer that does make an active effort to engage and keep happy their customers.
