I am not someone who normally writes reviews as I thing great service should be a given but Kia Triangle Chesterfield surpassed all levels of service expectations I had. Absolutely first class from my initial enquiry, answering all of my questions through to my picking up my car today and very patiently going through the controls etc. I would certainly recommend this dealership without hesitation. My wife and I both found John Gregory to be highly efficient and very professional with no undue sales pressure or gimmicks. We bought the car, and he was very helpful with the handover, taking time to explain everything.

Our son suggested try a Kia, they do extensive development and reliability tests to be able to provide the 7 year warranty for a very reliable, good priced vehicle, he said. Checked the spec … knew what I thought I wanted .. went to Kia.. No pushy sales people, so had a good scout round. Mark was going between their premises, says “if you like the looks of any of the cars I’ll be about”. Told him what I’d like but he couldn’t oblige my choice immediately. Suggested I may like a pre-reg new Sportage. 10 miles on clock. Sat in it & hooked .. great automatic.. great vehicle. Just plain straightforward knowledgable information. Not what I went for but so much more. Marks the man and Brendan sorts your tech queries. Excellent product, excellent service, must give it 5 stars. Give ‘em a go, be pleased you did.

The Kia Stonic I bought was very competitively priced and I feel I got excellent value for my money. Mark and the sales team were very helpful and never pushy, they made the whole process a very excellent experience.

Today I bought my second car from Triangle Kia, Chesterfield. I have to say that on both occasions I had a fantastic buying experience. I dealt with Mark Ellis on each occasion, and I can only say that he was absolutely brilliant. You tell Mark what you want and he doesn’t give you any sales jargon like other manufacturers I could mention, but just gets you into the car you want with no fuss.
