Today I bought my second car from Triangle Kia, Chesterfield. I have to say that on both occasions I had a fantastic buying experience. I dealt with Mark Ellis on each occasion, and I can only say that he was absolutely brilliant. You tell Mark what you want and he doesn’t give you any sales jargon like other manufacturers I could mention, but just gets you into the car you want with no fuss. I saw this lovely 64 reg Kia Ceed 4 CRDI on the Chesterfield Kia Website. I went to view the car and was kindly allowed to take the car for a test drive alone by Mark. The car has a full service history from this very dealership which impressed me very much. Also very low mileage and the car is pristine, well after the test drive it didn't take long to make my mind up. The amount of technology along with the beautiful design and excellent drive quality really meant a lot after being with Volkswagen for years. The amount of car you get is far better and with a good reputation not to mention the 7 year warranty. On the day of purchase Brendon picked me up in an electric vehicle (swoon) and then at the dealership it was smooth transition. Serviced and MOT done and the car washed and looking like brand new. Thanks guys, sticking with Kia and I love my motor.

Don't know who I spoke to regarding a replacement key fob, sounded like the same person I asked about chances of getting a better horn! He was abrupt to the point of being intimidating! Nothing nice or welcoming in his tone, spoke to me like I shouldn't have been asking his advice. I will speak to him again and I will find out his name and I will "out" him. I love my Sportage and will be getting another but it won't be from Chesterfield. If the sales team are as rude as this surly individual I won't be going anywhere near!

Always ask about Xtra or hidden charges

I looked online at approved Kia Sportage and found one I liked at Kia Triangle so did online enquiry. In no time at all I received e-mail back from Mark Ellis regarding my current car to obtain part-ex estimate. He offered me a test drive (done on my own) and within 5 minutes from sitting down in the showroom with him we had struck a very good deal for the new car with mine as part-ex. Mark was clear and straight to the best price he could do and we agreed the deal. The following week when I came to collect the new car everything was ready, paperwork signed off straight away and my new car was spotless and gleaming - the easiest and best car purchase I have ever had!!! I travelled over an hour to this dealer even though I have a local one within 10 minutes from my house and I would definitely go back in a few years when I want to upgrade again.

Just picked up my new Kia Picanto. Wow. Mark Ellis thought of every little detail. He made part exchanging my Ford Fiesta effortless. He goes the extra mile to give excellent customer service. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Brendan is the whiz kid when it comes to technology. Can’t praise Kia of Chesterfield enough.
