Had an engine put in my focus by Tim at TSC autos I collected the car four days later drove it back to Coventry and I could not fault a singal solitary thing my car drove like that day it was new to be fare Tim went of of his way above and beyond my car had been in fords 3 time also carwoods Coventry surposed to be diesal expert could not find the problem I can't thank TSC cars enough I would recommend anyone with the ford that has any faults to get in touch with him 100%
In and out, it all went fast as we needed the car as soon as possible. Arrived, looked at the car which was in great condition. made the transaction and drove it home. easy.
This was my first time buying from this company. The car was in good condition and the price was right. At point there was issues with miss communication but all got sorted in the end. Not bad!
Appreciated the old school approach to selling on my second viewing. Nice chap - B. Small local garage. Unfortunately I have had to contact the garage within 24 hours of buying an X1 from them. Failed MOT in March shows advisory: Front Suspension arm has slight play in a pin/bush both rear bush's (2.4.G.2)- MOT on 7.12.17 does not indicate this advisory. Also, condensation on both front light clusters. Not advised of these issues when i asked about mechanical faults or other. Have now contacted the garage to ask them to rectify. I guess this is where the quality of post sales customer service will come into question. Response was: The MOT test centre they used didn't think the issue was an advisory perhaps hence its absence on the MOT. I have since had the car checked - the issue was picked up by two mechanics. Perhaps some variation in diagnosis. My garage pointed me in the direction of VOSA and Trading Standards which I think is extreme at this stage. Condensation/wet in side light cluster - advised the lights will dry this up as it is a result of a steam valet. If water continues to get in to the headlights this will lead to other complications. I am no mechanic - I do know water and electrics are not a combination one wishes for. They have an opportunity to make this right and I have advised them I will be intouch again should the light clusters remain wet. NB No mats as advertised - given ones that don't fit, sorry guys but neither use nor ornament. Manual for a different model-told that was all there was. This will be an issue for me when selling on - I have the manual for a car that is advertised by TSC on Ebay.

We part exchanged our car and bought from tsc cars. From the moment we got there to the end this garage has been great to do business with. We were left to browse the cars in our own time but also were dealt with quickly when required so we could have any keys but without feeling pressured in any way. Advice was given for our lifestyle in mind and there were a good choice of cars. I had a personalised number plate that needed to be transferred, which took a lot longer than thought due to the paperwork for he DVLA. However tsc cars were so patient and understanding. I was very stressed by the thought of the whole experience but the way they dealt with men made me feel so much calmer and happier! I would 100% recommend tsc cars and will definitely be using them again. Thanks guys
This is the second time I've bought a car from TSC, I went back as last time the customer service was very good and I'm happy to say I had the same experience this time around. Both cars I've bought have been well taken care off, low mileage and good value for money. They get a strong recommendation from me.
I was happy with the service on the day, I had no problems browsing the cars and making my choice. Once there was faults shortly after they let themselves down in a couple of areas, they took a while to get it fixed and back to me, I was without the car for 2 weeks and had to make multiple journeys down to the dealership. They could have also improved communication wise as I was having to call and chase them up and they were slow to reply. I was happy overall and would give them a look for my next car but I would like the after sales to be better next time around.
I had issues from the time I picked the car up, they fobbed me off for 2 weeks until they could get me a replacement car to me so they could fix it. They took the car in and had it for 5 days, eventually I picked it up and I immediately found the issue had not been fixed, I took it back again and was given a different hire car which the next morning wouldn't start, causing me to miss work at my personal expense, they then brought me another hire car which also broke down shortly after causing me to miss work again. When I eventually got the car back it stunk of diesel, I've had to have the car cleaned 3 times and the smell is still present. They have not attempted to recompense me in any way. When I've been in contact with them I found the customer service to be very poor. I wont be returning any time soon.
I bought a car in good faith for what is deemed to be top price for a car of this age, mileage condition,but upon getting it home realised quite a few issues due to the car being involved in an accident (managed to get confirmation of this from the previous owner). I was told that the back quarter panel would be sprayed as it was a different shade to the rest of the car and bumper sorted out as it was out of line. Picked the car up a week later to find that neither issue had been resolved even though in their words "it looks a million times better" I managed to track down the place that they'd had the 'work' done to be told "we kind of tried to blend it in a bit, but it's still a different colour isn't it don't know how that's happened" I then went on to ask about the bumper and they said that TSC had asked if something could be done without actually replacing it, but they told them no so it hadn't been touched although I was told it had been sorted. Arthur Daly would be proud.
