Great competitive prices! The reason I went with tyne was because the car was a lot cheaper than others of the same make and model. They did have a few things they wanted to sort with it before I could drive away with which did take around a week however I really can't knock them, they were more than helpful.

Been using the car everyday for work since purchase, so definitely had a good run around in it. Everything seems fine apart from a knocking noise in the steering which I can hear occasionally. I was very impressed with the staff at Tyne Vehicle Buyer, they were polite, helpful and just an overall nice bunch of people.

Excellent customer service and good cars at affordable prices. Will recommend this dealer. Ask for Alan when you visit, he will do you good.

I had a wonderful buying experience, Alan was fantastic, very helpful and not at all pushy, I felt really looked after and appreciated as a customer which made the experience so much easier and enjoyable. I would most definitely recommend and hopefully not in the near future but use them again!

Everything has been great with the Astra I purchased around a month ago, there was a little bit of internal miscommunication which caused a delay but this was due to the salesman I was originally dealing with being off sick. It all got sorted in the end and I understand these things happen. The guys were all good and as helpful as they could be. When I did collect the car it was all cleaned and prepared so it has been a good experience overall I'd say.

I dealt with Alan, he was really friendly and helpful, it was nice to deal with someone who was really well informed and kept me up to date throughout, great communication! Everything has been going well with my purchase so far, Giving a 4/5 as I feel there is always room for improvement.

Overall I would rate Tyne Vehicle buyer a 4/5, solely because I am still waiting for my V5C. Other than that I can't fault, the customer service was perfect from Mick, couldn't have gone any better. And the car I purchased has been great, no issues at all!

Avoid — Terrible Experience Purchased on 20th July and finally received the car on 15th August, only to be handed it with a fault straight away. Since then, the garage has had it back four times, the latest for over three weeks — they’ve had the car more than I have. Communication has been appalling. I’ve had to chase every update myself with repeated phone calls. On top of that, I still haven’t received the V5. After contacting DVLA, I was told the car is still registered as being in the motor trade. Given all of this, I will now be requesting a full refund. Update After 12 weeks of dealing with this car — which technically was never legally ours as the V5 was never signed over — and 9 weeks in their possession, we have officially rejected the sale. We visited the seller, Ali, to request a refund. The encounter was appalling: he shouted and threatened my 70-year-old father, stating he would only refund "what he thinks the car is worth." He then told my partner he was "higher than him" because he sells cars. We had to call the police due to his aggressive and threatening behaviour. We have now issued a formal 14-day deadline for a full refund. If this is not met, we will escalate the matter to Trading Standards and pursue legal action through the courts. If Ali attempts to blame our "attitude" — as he seems to do with every customer who leaves a negative review — we are prepared to upload video evidence of the incident.

The vehicle is running great. The only thing that could have been improved is that there was some delay in responding to messages, but the questions were eventually answered, so I would give it a solid 4 stars.
