Everything is alright with Kuga. When I purchased it, I went on a test drive with Alan, and we noticed the tracking was off. He booked the car in right away for me to get it sorted. Throughout the process, Alan was Spot on, he was really good.

Alan was very good, he even came to collect me on the day, as I lived locally.

I'm enjoying the Nissan Leaf, it has had no issues. Alan made the whole process smooth and easy. We initially started going through the sales process with a different dealership however, we kept running into issues, and that’s when we found Tyne Vehicle Buyer on Good and proceeded to go with them. Alan was spot on from the start — friendly, approachable and helpful, but also left us to look around and make up our own minds without any pressure. Once we found a car, the paperwork was nice and straightforward, with Alan taking care of most of it for us. Unfortunately, the experience after signing the finance wasn't quite as smooth. It took considerably longer to actually collect the car than we had originally been told, and when we finally did get it, some of the issues that had already been highlighted to us and that we had been assured would be dealt with were still there. This meant a few trips back and forth, which was frustrating and made the whole process more drawn out than it needed to be. That said, credit where it's due — the lads in the workshop were great. When I contacted them to say the car was still leaking oil, I was told to bring it straight back. They were upfront and honest, explained that it needed a new part and that I would have to wait for it, and apologised for the inconvenience. That honesty and willingness to put things right was appreciated. Overall, I would still recommend them, as the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful and, when issues were raised, they did try to resolve them. However, I do feel the experience could have been considerably better, particularly with the communication around the collection time and making sure the issues identified before purchase had actually been resolved before handing the car over. Hopefully we're now at the end of the teething problems and can enjoy the car! 🤞🏻

Tyne Vehicle Buyer was the closest dealership to me with the Renault Kadjar I was after. It took a bit of time for the Logbook to arrive after the purchase. I was dealing with Alan at Tyne, the experience was very good and I got a good deal on the car.

The Mokka X has been ok for me at the moment. There was a bit of a delay getting the car ready, as it was in a paint shop. Alan did deliver the car to me personally afterwards.

Alan has been good and has chased up everything I’ve asked about. He did his best with whatever I wanted to know and follow up. Sometimes it can be frustrating getting through as they’re a busy dealership, but I found focusing on the salesman who sold me the car was the best way to go.

When I went to Tyne Vehicle Buyer to view the Volvo V40, I hadn’t actually planned on buying the car that day, but Alan showed us all the details and records, and once I’d sat in the car, it was pretty obvious I was going to buy it. It had an engine problem a day or two after I bought it, but Tyne Vehicle Buyer sorted it out straight away. Alan replied straight away and was a great help. Since then the car has been perfect.
