Extremely sad and disappointing I am now in the process where I have sent a letter to Mazir - Letter before Court Claim. Of course he is going to respond to this review as looking at other negative reviews he does not take ownership. But we thought there were some good reviews so can not be too bad. Were we wrong. Purchased a car- GREY FORD FIESTA NL64 UAA - for my daughter on 21st July 2025 after 15 days it had a warning light. Contacted the garage to take it to their workshop behind their other garage BELLE VUE MOTORS Thursday 14th at 9am. Called the next day for an update where someone else answered and they were not aware it was in the workshop. In the 22 days it was in the garage with sensor issues where they had to send it off for further checks as the part was not working In the meantime they gave my daughter a courtesy car, I say that loosely as even though they said they are not obliged too do that there was no oil in the car and informed by Alan what it needed. He was going to bring some over but that would have took too long and he was pleased we had some. A warning light that a service was needed but got confirmation the car was safe to drive. When asking Alan why we were having to keep chasing and getting very little response his answer to this was "It is very chaotic in the workshop at the minute as there is no service manager" Not my problem really. When a mechanic did start to look at the car he had to leave due to a bereavement and we were informed that as it was assigned to him no one else could touch it. After many calls were it would take too long to go in to but all logged Mazir was informed that the car needs to be sorted by 5th September. He did say they new part was faulty and another will be fitted then should be good to go hopefully by Friday. Well my daughter called and Mazir just said to send in the rejection letter which we did on 5th September giving 14 days to issue the refund. Messages sent asking for a date when this would happen when he eventually responded end of the next week asking for the MOT and green slip which were took straight through as he stated accounts unable to process the refund without this. By The 19th September there has been no refund and with updates from CITIZENS ADVICE they have sent the information to TRADING STANDARDS. Mazir now stated the 14 days starts from when he received the MOT but not by CAB. Even if this was the case Friday 26th September is 14 days from his date and still no refund. So sad to say the letter for the next stage to go to court where he has 14 days to answer and I bet he holds on to my money then also just to prove a point or will even let this go to court. Well so be it nothing I can do about it. This could have been longer but had to thin it down

The car is great, it's lovely, I love it. The only issue is the fuel gauge seems to be sticking but it isn't a big issue I just keep it topped up. Alan was great, I can't fault their service at all.

There was an issue with the blowers so I took it back and they got it sorted. Alan's service was good on the day - I'd definitely consider going back there.

It took a couple of weeks to get the car after purchase because they do all of the work on the car afterwards which wasn't ideal. Mick was alright - he wasn't pushing us to buy at all.

Absolutely spot on. They were brilliant from start to finish and to be fair I said I'd be going back for a winter car as well! Mick was very professional, friendly and understanding and made us feel comfortable. I wanted the trims sprayed and he got that sorted too. Definite 5 stars - I'm going back there and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

There is a part broken on the back of the seat so I took it back and they said they would order the part for it but I haven't heard anything yet. Alan was very helpful and quite honest and even offered a level of aftersales care too. I'd give them 4 stars.

Alan was so attentive, he kept us up to date all the time and I'd give him 20 out 10! I've had no issues with the car at all, it's immaculate. Absolutely fantastic service - I'd happily recommend them to others. I'd give them 5 out of 5 and bonus points too!
