The vehicle is running great. The only thing that could have been improved is that there was some delay in responding to messages, but the questions were eventually answered, so I would give it a solid 4 stars.

I recently purchased a Ford Fiesta from the dealership in August and I've had a few issues, but credit to the dealership, they have been great at resolving them and have shown good aftersales support.

I bought a Toyota Yaris from Tyne Vehicle Buyer for my daughter. She is over the moon with it, and it is running like a treat. 5 stars.

After my purchase at Tyne Vehicle Buyer, I would buy from them again as Mick was helpful and the Ford we purchased has been good. The only negative I would say is that it took a while after the purchase for the car to be ready, as an issue was found when the MOT was done prior to collection. It was resolved eventually, and as I said, I would still buy from them again.

Other than having to wait a little longer than expected, I am happy with everything, including the car and the service.

I have had no bother with the Ford Kuga I bought back in August. . Alan had a lot going on when we were at the dealership, but he still made sure to help us. It’s a 4.5 out of 5 from me, only because I had to wait a while to collect the vehicle.
