Scoring TVB a solid 4/5 for the service I received when buying my new car.

I did have a few things that needed repairing but just as I expected the guys at the dealership, did this right away without any hassle, which was greatly appreciated. I have purchased a few times from Tyne and my granddaughter also got her car from here. Alan always makes sure I am looked after and all the staff always treat everyone well.

Alan and Michael were very helpful and answered any questions I had in connection with my purchase of the vehicle, also any work needed was carried out for the m.o.t before I collected the car, there were a few bank holidays during the purchase which extended the time it took for the vehicle to be ready for collection. but overall very satisfied with the vehicle and the service I received.

Absolutely love the vehicle! We got it mainly so our dog can get in it, and I must say our dog also seems to be enjoying it! Alan made the process very simple and quick for us. There was no pushiness or pressure from him, and it was a really good experience. We would definitely go back in the future if we were looking for another car.

I have already done quite a few journeys in my new car and I am very pleased with no issues at all. The customer service was excellent. All the staff I spoke to were lovely people. My dad came across the dealership online and we went in to view a car but when we got there that one had gone. However, there were so many options that we had a look around, test drove, and went home with one the same day. It was such a quick process and from what I could tell there are always cars coming in so you are never short of options here for a vehicle.

The vehicle I got is class, I am really enjoying it, everything is going well. Alan who helped on the day was spot-on, he had done everything we asked him to with no stress. We came across the dealership while we were out looking at a few others, you are not short for options at this dealership. Great experience all round.

I don’t use the vehicle every day but I enjoy it when I do. Alan helped with the sale of the vehicle and it was all straightforward. The car was valeted for me before I left, everything was tickety-boo. There is an issue air conditioning, and that is the only thing I would mention, but overall I am pleased with the experience and would recommend Alan.

The guys at there are very helpful but also have you time and space with the car unlike other dealers that can rush you into a decision. Post purchase, they were also very helpful when the log book hadn’t arrived within the expected timeframe and helped follow it up. Highly recommend.

I'd like to say thanks to Mike at Tyne Vehicle Buyer for doing such a wonderful job. We bought a Toyota Auris last month - his customer service was outstanding and we're really happy with the car. 5* experience.
