Graeme and the other lads were really helpful and very easy to deal with when I went to buy my Kia Sportage. It was my first time using Tyne Vehicle Buyer even though it is only 10 minutes from me and it has definitely left a very good impression. If I ever find myself looking for another car I would go straight to these guys. Graeme has been brilliant all the way through and even helped me getting the log book updated as it ended up being an old one so I needed to do a new form. Even when I rang and was worried about the log book they just handled it really well and reassured me. They called me back within 5 minutes with assistance and just filled me with confidence that if I ever needed them they would be there.

When I went to Tyne Vehicle Buyer, I felt very well looked after. They were really laid back and did not make me feel like I had to buy anything they just got me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Alan has been great all the way through, he is very friendly and helpful and has done the best he can for me.

The service I received was a solid 9 out of 10 and the service was overall quick easy and helpful before and after I purchased the car.

After buying my Ford S Max I have had some issues with the battery and the gearbox but Alan has been fantastic. He gave me his personal number so I could always reach him and he has been so helpful. He always answers and gets back to me promptly no matter the time which is brilliant. He is liaising with his boss for me so we can get it all sorted too so with Alan on the case I am confident it will get sorted.

When it was time to look for my second car I knew roughly what I wanted but I didn't want to go too far. Tyne Vehicle Buyer had a lovely Seat Ibiza in and it was quite close to me which was ideal really. I went down with my dad and it was nice and clean and looked to be in really good nick. The guys were really happy to help and let my dad take it out on a test drive as he was more confident with checking it over than me with it only being my second car. He was happy with it after the test drive so I took his word for it and bought it. It is going back in for them to have a look at it as there is a noise with the gearbox but they have been great about it all. It has all been a good experience.

I was looking for a very specific Dacia Duster and with being in Scotland, typically, I couldn't get one. I needed to look further afield which is when I saw one at Tyne Vehicle Buyer. I decided to just go for it and have it delivered and I am very glad I did. It arrived on time and I got a call with a delivery update. When it got here it was so clean inside and out so I was very happy with it. It is a very good drive too and I like it very much.

Alan was spot on right from the word go. He gave me all the information about the car and was really up front and honest so when I got there and saw the car it was exactly as he described. He kept me updated all the way through without me prompting him which was great. The way he spoke to me was quite old school too which I really liked. He wasn't pushy at all and was just really good to deal with.

Everything was all good with the transaction and the guys were really helpful, the car was delivered on time and it was just as we were told it would be 👍

When I bought my Subaru Impreza I was being quite picky and pointed out a few things that I would like doing. The guys at Tyne were more than happy to get them done for me and made sure I was happy with the quality of the car before we went ahead with the sale. It was quite refreshing to not have that pushy sales technique and to have them be so happy to help. They were just great and got everything sorted for me with no delays.

I think I astounded the guys at Tyne Vehicle Buyer as I took my Citroen C4 without even driving it. When you have 2 kids though you just want the easy option and I didn't fancy bundling them into the car for a test drive. Alan was absolutely lovely and went the extra mile, even doing stuff for me on his days off. He was certainly canny enough and offered me all the extras if I wanted them. I felt really bad as he was trying to contact me in the evening to get stuff sorted when I wasn't working, but I kept missing him as I was dealing with the kids. I imagine that works really well for most people though to have the option to chat in the evening.
