The Hyundai has hardly been driven, as it's a car for my granddaughter to learn to drive in, but it's a nice little car. I don't like any bull when it comes to buying a car and this wasn't the case with Alan and Mick, they were straight talking guys and told us how it is. I've got nothing against the dealership. 4 stars only because I need to find out if the logbook has been received, but I will happily give 5 stars once it's been received.

I'd recommend Tyne Vehicle Buyer to anyone. It was my first time visiting the dealership as I'm based in Manchester, but everything went well. Alan was great to deal with. The only thing I'm waiting for is a touch-up pen to arrive.

I recently got a Ford Mondeo and overall it's a good car. The car drives fine and is beautiful. The only issue is that the reversing sensors don’t work, but I can live without them. I spoke to Alan, and he said he’d try to get the radio code number for me but mentioned I might have to take it to a main dealer to get it sorted. Alan has been brilliant throughout the process, sending him my thanks. I’m giving it 4 stars, just because of the issue with the reverse sensors.

Purcahsed my car back in May and up to now it's going well with no issues. The only problem I had, which wasn't really a problem was an issue with the key fob but that's it. I can't fault them.

Scoring TVB a solid 4/5 for the service I received when buying my new car.

I did have a few things that needed repairing but just as I expected the guys at the dealership, did this right away without any hassle, which was greatly appreciated. I have purchased a few times from Tyne and my granddaughter also got her car from here. Alan always makes sure I am looked after and all the staff always treat everyone well.

Alan and Michael were very helpful and answered any questions I had in connection with my purchase of the vehicle, also any work needed was carried out for the m.o.t before I collected the car, there were a few bank holidays during the purchase which extended the time it took for the vehicle to be ready for collection. but overall very satisfied with the vehicle and the service I received.

Absolutely love the vehicle! We got it mainly so our dog can get in it, and I must say our dog also seems to be enjoying it! Alan made the process very simple and quick for us. There was no pushiness or pressure from him, and it was a really good experience. We would definitely go back in the future if we were looking for another car.

I have already done quite a few journeys in my new car and I am very pleased with no issues at all. The customer service was excellent. All the staff I spoke to were lovely people. My dad came across the dealership online and we went in to view a car but when we got there that one had gone. However, there were so many options that we had a look around, test drove, and went home with one the same day. It was such a quick process and from what I could tell there are always cars coming in so you are never short of options here for a vehicle.

The vehicle I got is class, I am really enjoying it, everything is going well. Alan who helped on the day was spot-on, he had done everything we asked him to with no stress. We came across the dealership while we were out looking at a few others, you are not short for options at this dealership. Great experience all round.
