I bought a car from UK Motors which ran nicely looked fine. Had it 3 wks didn't drive it every day. Was with my granddaughter returning her home fortunately had just turned a corner when the suspension spring flew off. It was the axle it collapsed I had to pay to send the car back So far I have had no joy in getting my money back. The last time I rang I was laughed at U will be taking them to small claims court. Wish I'd read these reviews before I went there.

UK Motors is the worst company by far. Car gone wrong within a few days, courtesy car was another member of staffs with faults, got replacement car and that’s faulty! Calls going straight to voicemail, barely speak a word of English. Just wanting the money.. Trading standards informed of their disgusting behaviour!

UK Motors are cowboys,don't care, money is all they interested in. So be WARNED.

UK Moors are scammers , brought a car took back next day, mechanic was scape goat, then the courtesy car went wrong, could not speak to boss from griston near watton(or milkey) vosa and trading standers intreasted now, also there mots are fake as advised to get car checked after, have all doc and evidence of people want to see, spoke to lady had car before she took it back after a year because she could not afford any more bills, they are trading from, 3 company’s but all the same people all a fast, buy cars from auctions wait till the auction has finished then take the crap, courtesy cars blow up fake mots, and mr milkey from near stowmaket it just as babe, but I will say one thing, these guys are going to court!! Also if people have had problems with them give me your details, let’s get them, gone, many thanks a not grumpy , but taking them down, don’t deserve to trade indanger people’s life’.

We bought bought a golf from UK motors ltd and it's been the car from hell! It was clearly sold to us with them knowing the faults that the car had. With plenty of arguing about the warranty they finally agreed to fix it and just bodged the repairs and the faults returned. They told us to get our local garage to sort it and they would pay. So we got our garage to fix it and UK motors would only pay half the bill! Stay well away from UK motors!!!

I went to view a car at UK Motors Ltd for a family member. When we got there we were told that the car wasn't available to buy today We asked why and the salesman got very cagey. He eventually let is view it and it was an absolute shed! Completely not as described online and mich worse than in the pictures. They had clearly been doctored! We pointed out a few faults bit when we turned around he had just walked off! We had a further look and found a nest of bare wires hanging out of the coilpack! So clearly a one owner car with full history then! Avoid like the plague! They are dodgy dealers selling poor condition wrecks!

Keep clear of UK Motors! They are selling dodgy motors! I asked if a vehicle was in good working order and they told me "everything is working fine" when the vehicle was inspected it was found that the clutch had gone! When asked about it they said the cars are sold as seen!!! What happened to their drive away same day. Test drives and more importantly their 3 month warranty on engine and gearbox?? Take warning, deal with them at your peril !!!!

UK Motors Ltd in Thetford sold me a car 1 month ago turn out it got no end of problems..got my local garage look at it.. first thing they found the tyre have been re tread with a grinder.. They have remove the light bulb to get check warning.. plug it in got no end of problems.. when back to then with all the problems they not willing do the work. I still have 2 month warranty left

I purchased a car from UK Motors last July under there previous name of DFC Cars. The car failed catastrophically on the way home from collecting it. After getting the car back to them They agreed to repair the car under warranty. This was October 2017 and I finally got my car back in January 2018. Initially they said they would replace the engine. 2x cases of wrong engines being delivered and then they decide to repair the original. The courtesy car they let me have blew up and they were in no hurry to collect this or replace it. The first time they tried to deliver the car after several false promises of delivery and the car breaks down due to incorrectly carried out work. The driver called me from the car which was a few miles away on the roadside and asked if I’d bring some oil!!!! When the car was finally ready to be delivered a further 3 weeks later it arrived with a broken bonnet release. (They also insisted I paid for some of the work, that was not within gore arranged agreement) On driving the car for a few weeks it was evident that the work carried out was of a poor standard and the engine management light came on and it has a rough idle. It became apparent that the car was burning coolant and had a vacuum leak. By this time I’d already counted my losses and didn’t bother speaking to these cowboys about as I would rather let a toddler loose with the engine than them. Also, it’s worth pointing out that the salesman’s who claims to have to run decisions by his manager is in fact himself the owner/director of the business. STEER CLEAR, what ever name they decide to trade/deceive under.
