I definitely wound NOT recommend Bob to anyone. He messed us around after taking a deposit from us, ignoring calls and emails for days. He finally returned our calls using classic excuses for why he hadn't answered 🙄. He also stated after washing the car the day before collection "theres a problem with the center brake light not working after washing it", (which is an MOT fail). He then said to us, he wasn't intending to repair the fault and would sell the car to us as it stands and at full cost!! Another statement from Bob "everything has to be perfect before he'll release a vehicle" yet when we viewed the car there was a huge hole in the plastic of the drivers seat frame, so not so perfect eh.. Our experience with Bob was truly a let down after reading other reviews! We ended up buying a better condition A4 from a professional company.

We categorically deny the misleading claims being circulated regarding the recent attempted sale of a 2013 Audi. We maintain full records, including emails and text messages, that clearly show: Vehicle Condition and Transparency: A warning light (center brake light) briefly appeared on the dashboard. We immediately informed the customer and, out of caution, decided to delay the sale to have the vehicle assessed by our regular VW/Audi/BMW specialist garage. Unfortunately, they were unavailable for three weeks, so we chose to refund the deposit rather than proceed without the inspection. Deposit and Payment Concerns: The customer paid a reduced deposit of £150 (our standard is £499). We became concerned when the remaining balance was to be paid by a third party in cash—raising red flags. As a matter of policy and compliance, we do not accept large cash payments under suspicious circumstances. Interior Condition: The minor seat damage—a small crack—was worsened during the customer’s viewing. We have evidence showing the customer acknowledged this and agreed to address the repair himself due to time constraints. Part-Exchange Vehicle Discrepancy: The customer attempted to trade in a vehicle with a mileage discrepancy of nearly 20,000 miles, which occurred during their own ownership. We declined the part exchange as it appeared to be a "clocked" vehicle, which we do not accept under any circumstances. All communications and decisions were made transparently, with the customer's knowledge and consent. We remain committed to honest business practices and customer safety.
Very pleased with the Mondeo I purchased off Bob very good at his job took my car as trading went through all the paperwork took the car home then a day later Bob phone to make sure I was happy with the car 10 out of 10 for the service I received I would recommend Bob to family and friends

Worst service ever! Sold me faulty car i noticed the next day of driving, took it for repairs, now 2 moths how he's repairing my car, every week promising the car will be ready by the end of the week or i will get a courtesy car but at the end of the week i'm hearing that car needs to stay for one more week and when i'm asking when i'm going to get a courtesy car he's just ignoring emails! And this story repeats every week! Left me without a car for months, now i paid 7k for a car and have to rent another one so i can go to work!

Mr Irmantas - Bought a vehicle from us which was delivered to him in Leicester. This is just over 3 hours from us & I delivered the car personally. He test drove the car & we went through all the paperwork etc. The sale was done as if he was on our own premises. The sale was not rushed & I was with Mr Irmantas for over an hour. 5 weeks after he purchased the car and drove it to Wales I had a call about the oil light which illuminated, Mr Irmantas said everything was ok. I asked Mr Irmantas to keep an eye on it and let me know if it came in again. I had a call from Mr Irmantas 2 weeks later when he was back in Leicester saying the light was coming on/off more frequently. I had a conversation with a garage we have dealt with before who specialize in the car Mr Irmantas has. The soonest we could book it in was just over 3 weeks away. Mr Irmantas said this was fine. We organized collection of the vehicle with a third party logistics firm. The number Mr Irmantas provided the logistics company was incorrect, this was sorted out which took abit of time. Firstly the garage needed to run diagnostics. This was done & a faulty sensor was ordered, on ‘back order’, which means could be here tomorrow or ‘whenever’, no dates are given from the main dealer. All information was always given to Mr Irmantas & he has had the garage contact details which he has kept in contact with frequently. The main issue the garage are having is parts that have been ordered have not been in stock so they can’t rebook the car back in for repairs until the parts arrive which has cost time -this has been explained to Mr Irmantas. The part arrive & fitted within days. Diagnostics show another sensor so this was ordered & the same issue as before. 2 weeks later (4 weeks have passed), the garage call me & they need the car taken on a long run. The next morning I got a train into London from Kent, collected the car & drove it to Kent which is nearly 2 hours. 5 miles before I get to the showroom the oil light appears. I pull over & call the garage, they asked me not to drive it any longer & to organize a recovery back to London. I informed Mr Irmantas about this. The diagnostics didn’t show anything was wrong. So the job became more complex. The garage have been testing everything they can & Mr Irmantas has been in direct contact with them with developments. I totally understand the frustration Mr Irmantas has but this job which he understands isn’t as straight forward as it seemed in the beginning. I personally spoke with Mr Irmantas on Friday 5th November & said we are waiting for a courtesy car to arrive & if his car isn’t fixed we will deliver the courtesy car to him. Mr Irmantas was rude said not to contact him & to do ‘whatever’ with his car…. I tried calling Mr Irmantas back which he didn’t answer. I spoke to the garage a hour later after I could not get in touch with Mr Irmantas. The garage said that he called them not so long ago & that he was coming to see the repairs/car the following day (Saturday 6 November), as he didn’t believe repairs have been started on the car. On Saturday Mr Irmantas left this 1star review & did not turn up at the garage. They are closed on the weekends but the owner specially came in to meet with Mr Irmantas. I have asked the garage to finish the repairs as parts have been ordered. We are yet to hear from Mr Irmantas.
I would highly recommend this company they are fantastic very welcoming when coming to the shop very happy with my Hyundai i800 What a great car! I'm really pleased with it and nothing was too much trouble I will be definitely using this company again in the future thank you so much 5 stars
