Do not use Umzi Motors. Will take your money but will not pay out for repairs or refund money of the car. Faulty cars! They have now opened a new garage under Stylex motor group. Avoid at all cost!

They have closed their business from IG45AA & I DID GO TO STYLEX MOTORS but they are not same people its a diffrent company. so anyone know where r they doing business now? under umzi motors
Ignore ignore ignore! Bought car last week from Umzi Motoers with lots of promises and lies from guy called "zee" !! Car had engine light came up from next day and then started making lots of noise. "Zee" asked me to come on Wednesday which he knew he going to keep his shop closed because of EID!!!! Then told me that they are off for 3 days!!!! Then on Saturday told me that he is coming to my home to collect the car, waited all day and wasted my Saturday waiting for him and he never came and told me that he is on his way!!!!! All lies!! I will now have to return the car which obviously need to go through via court!! So do yourself a favour and ignore buying or have any dealings from them!!!!!!

They have done to same to me, he’s saying money will be in my account by 3 today but not to sure if I am going to believe that, he’s a very friendly guy and very welcoming but then again of course he would if he’s just going to take my money

Honestly couldn’t agree more! Same problems, i got my car and the gearbox was faulty so i took it back but i had been trying to get in touch with him from a long time ago. Ended up driving there, called him to tell him i was there no response. Texted him (obviously he checked the cameras and didnt expect me the just turn up!) two other people were also there waiting for him (pretending his so good and they would be selling their cars to him coz he gives good prices) not to mention before even buying the car when he was going to drop it off wasted my time multiple days in a row. Motor stylex is now under someone new and i will be going there too to see who it is! Don’t waste your time or money here! Absolute scammers!

We brought a car from Umzi Motors only 7 months ago and have had nothing but problems with it and now it's a write of due to the gear box not working, it has caused three accidents where it has come out of gear with my three kids in the car thank god each time they have been ok. Please do not buy from rhem, they tell you what you want to hear!!!! Please be aware.

I had very bad experience with this dealer. Bought a mercedez c class from UMZI car Ilford in June 2018 and found out next day that car had mechanical issues, returned the car back immediately for repairs according to warranty and for two weeks they did nothing. I eventually took car after failed promises and found out car worth £2,600 less of what was sold to me. Bad customer services. I phoned and sent text several times but got no response. I was in tears in their office when I found out I had been defrauded. I will never recommend anyone to buy car from this dealer.

RUBBISH SERVICE I brought Toyota Corolla from them in January 2018. There were few scratch on the cars left hand mirror was broken and roof rubber was missing which they promise me to fix before I can take car but on the pickup day nothing was fixed and also they did Some doggy things with the engine on my old car during checking. I would not recommend anyone to buy car from this dealer

Umzi Motors is a very bad trader to deal with. We bought a car from them that wasn't of a satisfactory condition we did ask tò return the car and get the money back. they kept on promising us they will sort it out but nothing happened. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS TRADER.

I didn't like the scratches on the driver side door. I told the person at Umzi Motors to remove it he end up respraying the whole door on my request. Very good sales man will recommend anyone to them. Excellent customer service and got my car serviced from them at a lowest price with one year free MOT.
Rubbish customer service from Umzi Motors. Bought mini a month ago, agreed that they would replace 2 front tyres before I collected a week later. They were not replaced! They then agreed refund to cover value, never happened. Called to chase, still never happened. Car not prepped before collection. Just not a good buying experience .
