Sold me a car that needs to go back to the garage every single month. Gave me 12 months warranty then misadvised me on where I could take the car as I tried my best to avoid taking it back there. Told me I wouldn’t be charged as long as I had a VAT receipt yet failed to mention this needs to be authorised by the warranty company first. Terrible customer service, on one of the few times I had to take my car back to the dealership to get a courtesy car they provided me with a pile of dump that was no where near the equivalent or similar to my current vehicle, gave me the courtesy car with no fuel in, after making me pay for insurance on a car so they could fix the death trap they sold me ! Save yourself money, time and the experience of terrible customer service by taking your car elsewhere!

Absolute cowboys! Seemed really helpful at first but when the car I bought had major issues they wiped their hands of it and left me well and truly out of pocket. I now hate my car as there are issues I can not afford to correct but am stuck with it as I am tied in to a finance agreement! Just save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. I have bought from small dealers before and the cars have been decent and they have provided follow up care when required. These guys however talk the talk but when it comes down to it leave you high and dry rather than put their hand in their pocket to correct a problem they are responsible for!

We were looking to replace our 2 old cars and went around loads of car dealers until we found Uniqar by recommendations from two close friends who heard we were after new cars , they are a breath of fresh air , no pressure , really relaxed and friendly , quality cars without all the gimmicks of glitzy forecourts and this shows in the price, really happy with our cars , I don't normally give feedback but they deserve it, Thank you Jay and the team for your great service.
Being a lady driver and dealing with used car franchise’s is always an interesting experience but never one I would describe as being particularly enjoyable, until now. Having corresponded with Jay at Uniqar via email and on the phone I have to say it was the easiest, most straightforward car buying experience in my whole 34 years of driving. Not only was it was a smooth transaction but the ease and comfort I felt from the early email to the actual meet and greet was wonderful. As previous reviews have stated Jay is not at all pushy or trying to sell you something that you may not feel is right for you. I did not feel in any way coerced into my purchase. All the paperwork was prepared in advance and explained to me in full, as well as confirmation that I was to contact them with any issues at all that I may have once I had the vehicle in my possession. I was able to test drive, part-exchange and drive away my ‘new’ used car the same day! A wonderful way to utilise my Saturday with minimum fuss, total clarity and confidence in both the vehicle and the staff. Well done Uniqar - I hope you get your well-deserved Trading Standards approval!

After purchasing a used car from Uniqar.I found the whole experience to be so effortless which is a huge bonus i feel for a female looking to buy a car.No pushy salemen or tactics.everything was handled competently so i could drive my car away the same day.Would not hesitate in going back and would certainly recommend Uniqar to others.
